I have crippling job application anxiety, particularly when it comes to cover letters. I'd been searching for my dream job on my own for years while doing what I needed to get by. I was getting little to no response to my applications and I didn't know why. Imposter Syndrome had me in its grip so tightly I couldn't breathe.

Jeff, Yasmin, and the team at Placement gave me back my confidence. They helped me refine my resume and cover letters, practice interview questions, and even helped with negotiating when the time came! They helped add quantitative components to someone who thinks almost exclusively qualitatively. They helped build my confidence as an interviewee. They listened when I was doubting myself and gave me the tools to believe in myself and show that confidence to future employers.

Katie and her team were incredibly helpful, both on a practical level (finding leads I never would have found, making introductions first so that I could get internal referrals, etc) and also on an emotional level (I had tried on my own for 5 months w/ nothing to show for it, working w/ Placement gave me a lot more confidence). Placement was essential in helping me find my first real job after getting my MBA. After graduating from business school, I had been under or unemployed for close to seven years.
