Unsure at the start of the process but their reassurance and expertise helped overcome any doubts. The whole process from survey to finished fitting of insulation was well managed and professional, kept us informed throughout the process and excellent work of fitting in a very large loft.

I never thought get a solar system will be this easy, smooth process all through no hassle everything well taken care of from start to finish, the engineers are top professionals and customer service very pleasant plus they are ready to dive in at every request. After getting the loft insulated, the home feels far more energy efficient. The warmth stays inside much better, and the overall comfort level in the house has definitely improved.

We had loft insulation installed recently and the difference in warmth around the house was noticeable almost immediately. The rooms feel much more comfortable, especially during cooler evenings.

Wayne the Salesman was very friendly ,not pushy and very knowledgeable. The installation guys were great. Super job no mess. Time will tell now if it performs as promised.

We had been thinking about solar for a while and Planet Bloom made the process simple. They answered all our questions clearly and kept us informed of dates. The work was completed to a good standard and the panels look smart. Very satisfied overall.

Really impressed with how organised everything was from start to finish. The quote detailed the system properly so we knew what we were getting. The installers were friendly and worked hard throughout the day. Small delay with paperwork but nothing major.

The process was explained clearly at the start which gave us confidence. On installation day the team worked efficiently and didn’t leave any mess behind. It was all completed quicker than I thought. We are already noticing a difference in our energy usage.

My partner and I debated for a long time in regard's to having solar installed on our property and we were approached by several companies.

The reason we decided to work with Ryan and Peter was down to them being ultra professional and not pushy in anyway.

The salesman that visited my house, was a very friendly and enthusiastic young man. He was polite an curtious through out the meeting.

We were telephoned by PlanetBloom who were available to do a loft survey. We don't normally respond to these calls but agreed to a visit by their surveyor because we were having some issues caused by high humidity.
Jonathan, the Surveyor did a thorough assessment, taking photos and meter readings then explaining his findings.
The price was reasonable and the guys who came to do the job worked hard and took pictures as they installed their A grade product. They used rolls because sheets wouldn't have gone through the loft hatch. They did a professional job.
Almost immediately, the humidity levels really decreased and we no longer have issues with mould around the ceiling line. We now have less heat loss and a better energy efficiency rating.
Very happy with this company. They provided the product guarantee.

Jonathan visited yesterday, to inspect and give advice on my loft insulation. Lovely young man, he took time to explain everything, then gave me a really good price, for the work to be done.

These peiple tried to charge my family , who are in their 80's , 4K for loft insulation on a 1 bed bungalow . When they said they didn't have the finances for it , they then tried to get them to take finance out on it, encouraging a credit check ... Finance on an 83 year old ..... they are pensioners who would qualify for a government grant and any reputable company would know this and would inform them . This has really shook them up - So much so that the police and trading standards are involved ... avoid at all costs !!!!

I am absolutely appalled by this company’s conduct.

They visited elderly pensioners who suffer from dementia and tried to charge them £4,000 to insulate a tiny one-bedroom bungalow. That alone is outrageous. What makes it worse is that they then encouraged them to take out finance to pay for it.

At no point were they properly informed that they may be eligible for free government-funded loft insulation. Instead, this company seemed more interested in squeezing money out of vulnerable people than acting ethically.

This felt like nothing short of exploitation. Targeting elderly people with cognitive difficulties and pushing expensive finance options is morally wrong.

If you care about your loved ones, keep this company well away from them. There are far better, honest providers out there who won’t try to take advantage of vulnerable customers.

Avoid.

Brilliant product my house is pre war and always cold now with the installation it's made my house ten times warmer
