From the minute that I approached Frankie about applying for my first mortgage he was so helpful and easy to talk to, he explained exactly what the process was that we would be going through and made me understand fully what was going on, he kept me up to date with exactly what was going on and answered any questions I had efficiently. If I was unsure sure about something he would explain it until I understood and made sure I was happy with what was happening.
