Friendly, reliable source of insurance. Insurance must be a hideous place to work but their team seem to bear the burden lightly. They are friendly, helpful and run a refer-a-colleague system which can net a small bonus. They send relevant emails and not spam. Recommended.

Had an existing policy that had lapsed after selling my vehicle. On purchasing a new vehicle didn't hesitate to get a new quote and immediately take it up. Slick outfit, friendly, knowledgeable staff and they liaised with the showroom to sort out cover so I could drive out of the showroom worry free. Thanks

Looks like once in a life time policy, dealing with Planinsurance. No one at Planinsurance seems to be interested in my Taxi insurance renewal despite several requests from myself.

Only interested in their cut of the profits
Find a decent smaller independent broker.
Been with Plan for a few years and the last couple of years they have not been interested in finding me a good deal. Its as if they take your business for granted. Only interested in their high percentage cut of the profits. I found a smaller broker who have insured me with the same provider for £400 per year less. When you tell them the renewal is too expensive they come straight back with a small discount but then they are not interested after that. Says it all really. I will never consider going back to Plan.
