I purchased a newly built property developed by Easymart Limited in February 2025. Within weeks, I documented numerous construction defects, including water ingress, defective fittings and suspected insulation issues.

I subsequently discovered that the original bathroom extractor had no connected ventilation duct. Despite extensive correspondence, several issues remain unresolved, and I have initiated formal legal action.
