I had to do a return for a large tree that arrived before the frozen tundra I live in (U.P., M.I., D.I.) was ready for it. When I called for help, Diane & Dodie’s assistance was excellent. They explained what went wrong, how to avoid it in the future, and worked out an agreement fair for all of us. With great customer service being so rare nowadays, they’ve gained a new customer for life.

I reordered this year because last year, I was so very impressed with the shipping service, and the robust and healthy plants! What a great experience. I have ordered occasionally from other places, only to receive tiny, half dead plants, but NOT WITH YOU! WOW! What a difference. THANK YOU! PS. just recvd my new order. SO excited.

I placed an order with this company for 3 lantana plants that were an order to replace some awful, dead lantana I got from another company. They got here today and they’re fabulous!! They were packed perfectly and are dark green HEALTHY plants that I know are going to thrive here. I am completely impressed and will 110% be using them as my go to for mail order plants!

People from the South should not order plants because planting begins in February but you don't get your plants until the first week of March.

Many of the nurseries sell Proven Winners plant. Your plants are expensive.
