Jack and the team have been so helpful so far in helping me to decide on and order the materials needed for our home
renovation project. I can’t wait for the ceiling rose to arrive and to see the finished result. Highly recommend based on my experience so far!

We’ve recently installed traditional coving and ceiling roses as part of our reno, bringing back some of the charm that others had ripped out!! We found Plaster Ceiling Roses online and I’m so glad we did. The products are fantastic quality & very reasonably priced. It would also be unfair to review the products & not give a special mention to the staff particularly James,& Ryan every time I’ve visited the depot in Stockport they have been there to offer assistance & help load them into the car.

Put the ceiling rose up and looks amazing, perfect size.
Delivery was promptly delivered and the packaging was perfect.

Having viewed Plaster Ceiling Rose's website, which was easy to navigate, with good clear photos of their products, I requested a sample piece of coving (LPC015), which arrived promptly.
The sample chosen was excellent quality, surface finish with sharp clear defined detail.
I subsequently placed an order for 29 meters. Which arrived in manageable 2.4m lengths. I also ordered their recommended coving adhesive.
From placing the order online, delivery took just over a week.
I would have expected the coving to have been better protected. But as delivery was carried out by their own courier, it meant the necessary care was taken.
I've now installed the coving. We are exceptionally pleased with the result. Coving looks excellent.
Would certainly have no hesitation in making a purchase from Plaster Ceiling Rose's in the future

Coving was delivered by their own courier. It wasn't as well protected as I would have expected. But as it was delivered by themselves. This meant extra care was taken.
I've now installed the coving, which looks excellent. Exceptionally pleased. I'd have no hesitation purchasing more coving from Plaster Ceiling Rose's in the future.

My delivery came really quickly, and the delivery driver was very polite and helpful.
The coving was beautiful, even nicer than in the pictures, and once up it looked stunning.

Their customer service is absolutely atrocious and this isn’t an understatement. We had 4 missed deliveries and these were all dates the customer service agent had set. There is a clear breakdown in their interval comms between warehouse and the customer service team. It was an exhausting process getting the deliveries. I was chasing the customer service rather than them updating me. This was extremely disappointing as we had a coving guy lined up to do the work so I had to constantly push his date back.
