I ordered from plastic pop several years ago. Made a couple of large orders and received everything. Very nicely packaged. And nice items. So my review is based on my experience from 2021. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews and just wanted to add a positive one. Things in life happen. And companies dissolve and running into financial difficulty. That is no excuse and I don’t condone people losing their money. But in these cases, sometimes you just have to move on. The guy that run this label has obviously encountered some problems and cannot fulfil orders. But this doesn’t mean that he’s a bad person because he clearly has delivered in the past and had very satisfied customers, myself included. I totally appreciate that people are really annoyed and want refunds. But it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. I’ve been in this position before with other websites and had to just cut my losses.

Bought a few vinyls from here before, and via Rough Trade through PP, really good service - hope the service returns with new releases soon

Bought from here a few years ago everything was fine, then I recently bought something again and I never received it after multiple emails contacting them after 1 month I had to get a refund via PayPal. I would definitely avoid this website now as it looks like no one runs it anymore to send out orders.

Used this site before but a recent order never arrived no update was ever provided emails ignored.
Lucky paid by PayPal and was able to put in a claim they never responded to that so I did get a refund.
Would avoid as looks like now they are acting fraudulently and have no intention of shipping out products.

I should have read the reviews before!!! Plastic Pop does not ship the records and does not reply to e-mails. It's pure scam. I hope the artists will notice it and take legal actions too. NEVER AGAIN!

I am filling a claim against them. Don't go through this company, it's 100% a scam.

Absolutely brilliant seller. I've now bought the whole collection of Sophie Ellis Bextor vinyls and all fantastic beautiful items that i'll forever treasure and at bargain prices for double vinyls. Keep up the amazing work satisfying the fans!

Awful DO NOT BUY! I ordered something 2 weeks ago, (third order) I should of learned my lesson as no communication, do not reply to emails and despite saying 2 day delivery still waiting and have taken my money and not shipped my item :( they will get what's coming to them!

Horrible experience to say the least. I order an lp in may 2024. ‘Till this day I have received nothing, send them several mails without any response…. No refund, nothing.
These people are thieves.
This needs to be investigated.
Do not order there.

Cancelled after 10 days,no reposnse from seller,website looks enticing which is probably the point but I doubt this person knows the meaning of the word customer service,no response to emails and no goods after a week,cancelled and got my money back through paypal.

should have looked at the reviews first. i’ve had so dispatch email. have sent multiple emails to them and tried contacting them through social media but no response. i’ve spent almost 50 quid and i want my money back

I cannot understand why this person (because it is one person called Kevin Davidson) runs his business like this. So rude. After recently chasing up an order I placed in January 2024, he has since cancelled the whole order without notice and not refunded my money. He has also blocked me on every social channel (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger etc). Rather than responding to emails or messages/comments he instead just ignores you or blocks/deletes your comments. This is total disrespect to his customers. A scam outfit. Avoid at all costs. Needs to be investigated.

You need to have some patience but the record will come. Answers and response on email messages will take some time too. First record arrived and well packed.

Ive been waiting since January for my 9 vinyls ordered and today I recieved 1 copy . Absolutely fumeing . No answer from any contact service . disgraceful

I wish I had checked out the reviews before placing an order. Pretty much same experience as everyone else here, I placed an order in January, and it's now the end of May - still no sign of the records I ordered. I sent chasing E-Mails and no response, just like everyone else is saying. I can't find a way to file for a refund, other than by sending an E-Mail, but that's a write off, let's face it. Going to look into reporting the company to some sort of Ombudsman as this website is clearly a total con.

Won’t respond to my emails. I want to cancel my order but can’t!!!

Ordered and received Lisa Scott-Lee CD with signed print within 5 days of ordering.

I was apprehensive to order given some of the reviews on here, but I had no issues whatsoever.

Packaging was excellent, and the sound quality of the CD is very good. The signature on the card is also definitely Lisa's, so I'm not sure what others are talking about.

At £23 including postage, it may seem a little high, but taking into consideration the hard work and effort that's gone into this long awaited (20+ years) release, it was well worth it.

This was my second order from Plastic Pop Records. Everything was great. Records were delivered two days after I ordered them. Very well packed to avoid damages.

Quality of pressings is awesome. Attention to detail is first class. Sounds great.

Maybe some customers have issues with pre orders but I have only bought in stock products.

Going to buy more records in future too.
