Plastic Solutions is part of the larger Material Solutions company, situated just off Naas Road in Dublin, near Red Cow Moran's Hotel. Our plastics division was established in 2013 to service the growing demand for polycarbonate and acrylic sheet used by sign makers, shop fitters, point-of-sale fabricators and the general public. We quickly expanded to include Multiwall Polycarbonate, used extensively in roofing applications.

We investigated your order carefully and confirmed that it was processed as a collection. The sheets left our warehouse in good condition, and the collection docket was signed with no damage reported at the time of collection.
As the courier was arranged independently and not by our team, unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for any damage that may have occurred after the order left our warehouse. This is why our team advised you to contact the courier directly regarding the damage.

Damaged items
I have been a customer of Plastic Solutions Ireland for over 3 years and buy from them for all my projects, mainly because of the price. This time I bought solid polycarbonate/PETG sheets. I cut them outside the store, in front of their cameras, the same way I always cut them. When I lifted the sheets to put them in my van, two of them broke. I hadn't touched the rest. The staff said they would replace them, but it was the end of the day and they asked me to come back the next day. When I returned, I was told they couldn't replace them because once the material leaves the shop it is the customer's responsibility. But I was still at the shop, and the incident should be on their cameras. I believe the sheets came from a faulty batch. After more than 3 years as a loyal customer, I expected some understanding and a fair solution. Very disappointing customer service

Unfortunately on this occasion left one star short due to a delivery issue which was rectified after some time of order tracing and phone calls. All sorted and would have no problem recommending plastic solutions

Not taking any responsibility for the delivery, lied about delay, only excuses, women on the phone rude and dismissive, two guy probably owners don't even answer for emails, when I was looking for my delivery. Finally my order arrived, delivery guy just dumped at my back gate, stuff damaged, noone care. Keep away from them. Costumer service absolute disgrace

The polycarbonate sheets were perfect for the job, and the customer service was excellent. Mathew gave excellent advice to suit the job I was doing then followed up letting me know my items were cut and ready for collection that afternoon. Highly recommended. Ring before collection for an accurate eircode as google maps brought us elsewhere!

Fantastic company to deal with
Fantastic company to deal with! Everything I ordered over two separate orders (all very bulky) was delivered either next day or after just two days. Everything of great quality, to the measurements I ordered, and exactly as shown on the site. I had made a mistake with some very bulky polycarbonate sheets on my first order, and customer service were incredibly friendly and helped sort out a return/ exchange very quickly over the phone. Cannot recommend enough!
