The product I ordered was damaged in transit. They dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently.

Parts damaged in delivery
The parts were exactly what I ordered.
Competitively priced.
Downfall was the packaging as one of the plastic items was brocken in transit, they needed to be wrapped in bubble pack to protect them and not just pushed into a jiffy bag.
For the price it was not worth the hassle of getting a replacement, as a bit of plastic glue solved the problem, now just hope it holds.

I received my parcel .I have given order for 50 mm pipe coupler it was not right size for 50mm pipe.It was bigger than 50mm pipe.so I was very unhappy.

The item you ordered was a 50mm Push-Fit coupler. The fact you say the coupler was too big, suggests that you are trying to connect it to something other than a 50mm push-fit pipe? Soil pipe access saddle
I needed to make a rodding access in a 110mm soil pipe. Here I found a saddle which just glued over a pre prepare hole and has a screw on front. Seems to be quite an unusual item. Usually you would have to cut and lift the old pipe and slot a rodding collar in. This is Quick, easy and it works. Excellent price, excellent communication, reasonable delivery charge, fast dispatch and fast delivery.
