Very helpful sales team, easy refund for products ordered by mistake
I made some silly mistakes working out what sizes of plastic pipe I needed. When I confessed my foolishness, I was immediately reassured that I could keep the bits I needed and exchange or refund the other parts.
Tom from sales was really helpful, helping me to figure out what sizes I actually needed (I know the ID required, but the website lists OD and wall thickness, which should be an easy conversion, but I’m a silly sausage). He also measured the parts in my order to make sure the ones I took home matched the dimensions I had calculated correctly as I had ordered several bits of a similar size. I’m just an individual hobbiest so I’m very impressed with the time that they gave me and very pleased to have been refunded for my rather expensive mistake

Didn’t bother to sense check my order
I ordered the wrong quantity of rods but I also said in my order the exact number of ‘cut’ rods I needed. So it would have been good if somebody had emailed to check before posting them. Now I don’t have enough pieces and don’t want to pay another £25 just in tax and postage for 2 metres of 15 mil plastic rod.
