The order process and shipping is quick and easy. The food itself is unlike normal kibble, it doesn’t swell (yes I tried it in water)!

Product arrived well packaged and speedy .My kitten loves the kibble even
if it is rather expensive in comparison to
other well known kitten food .but at least I now don’t waste any food as he eats the lot !sorry dogs no more left overs 😀

Really great idea giving away a free measuring cup. My dog struggles with his weight, so it's really useful.
My very fussy retriever loves this food and has been on Platinum for a few years now. He's fit and health, beautiful coat and I really like the fact that there's green lipped mussel in it to help with his joints

Our ACD puppy wolfs down the food. The packaging is great and I appreciate the added materials (leaflet, measuring cups) to inform more about the food itself and enable easier use

My dog had a litter earlier this year so of course the new puppies went with a supply of their food to their new homes. One new owner told me her other dogs loved it so much she’s now put them on it as well.
So if the dogs love it what more of an endorsement could you ask for

My puppy enjoys both the dry kibble and the chicken meat. I like the look of both products. Good delivery. Food a tad expensive but worth the cost.

Our small cavapoo (6kg) enjoys the dried food in the smaller mini pieces version.

Chose Platinum as I was impressed with the quality of ingredients and the availability of mini kibble. I have two Mini Dachshunds with one unfortunately had to have a tooth extraction due to it being badly damaged / cracked due I presume by antler chews or yak bones. Further cracked tooth opposite side but not as bad. So looked for a semi moist kibble. Used to feed my girls on Eden.
Only started Daisy on the lamb mini kibble Monday but all well! She’s taken to it immediately. Tummy quite happy with the change. Also bought the pork and chicken. Sure she will like those too.
My other dachshund is still eating Eden but when my stock has gone will change her also to Platinum.

Fast delivery and my dogs love it. I have 3 toy breed dogs so it’s wonderful to find a food that is small enough for them and that they enjoy so much.
