Amazing Grading
Fast and prompt

So I sent my submission in late October and I came back off holiday mid November (I made them aware) and my cards arrived back the week I did, all correspondence I sent was replied to within two (working) days and all correspondence was friendly and polite as someone who was anxious about submitting retro collectable disney cards these gave fair grades and made the process easy as could be highly recommended

I was very happy with the turnaround, quality of the cases, labels and standard of grading. You can't ask for more.

Pros:
Cheap and Quick turnaround (despite some confusion)
Cons:
The slab label has a cheap feeling
Grading was inconsistent
Platinum is not really recognised like PSA, so an 8 from platinum is almost like having the cards in thick card sleeves so I would not recommend them for a rare valuable card

In the beginning i was sceptical about using a rather new grading company for grading my Pokemon cards. Everything from missing cards to bad or to good grades and misspellings on the label was worries i had. But i was verry happy when i saw the process, how friendly they where answering mails (could take 24h, but thats fine) and how the grades turned out. I could clearly see why they gave the different grades when looking at the same cards.

The only part i like to give a feedback on is that they do not send out an recieved mail when they have recieved your cards. Neither do they send the tracking number when they ship the cards back. I sendt them a mail and they happily answered that they had recieved my cards and they friendly gave me the tracking number on return. I would loved it if they sent an automaticly mail just confirming receaving the cards and that the cards are being shipped, and i can find my tracking number on their webpage where i can track my order.

With other words, I can highly recommend these people and i wil deffinitly grade some more cards here in the future.

Got 2 cards graded and the website was easy to navigate and provided good instructions on how to send the cards.
Was surprised and impressed by how quick the process was. And for a very reasonable price.
Would use this service again, and honestly, I almost certainly will.

Another set of cards graded by PCG and I couldn’t be happier. Grades were spot on, making sure to catch the imperfections of them and give it a fair grade, and not inflated to seem better than they are. Fair prices and a quick turn around. Will continue to use for card grading in the UK

Sent a variety of different cards to PCG to be graded. So happy with them. They look absolutely beautiful and are graded fairly. Turn around time is accurate and their customer service is great.

Received the cards back in lovely cases as expected in time with the expected time frame.

Can not fault them. The team are ease to communicate with through socials and email with quick replies. Purchasing and sending the items was easy. Updates on the website was very clear. I received my cards back well before I was expecting them to be back, they was also packaged extremely well. The granding of the cards was very fair. The slab they come in is beautiful to look at and in my opinion best looking ok the market. I can not say anything bad about the process.

Sent the card in. No problem with customs on the way there. Expected 3-4 weeks return-time as it said on their site, and that was totaly correct.
Updated tracking as soon as something happened with my card and excellent customer service.

My son is very happy with his graded cards. They look professional, smart and were well packed on return. The timescale from start to finish was excellent and actually quicker than we originally thought it may take. We would definitely use them again.
