Anyone looking to get into the property world and needs advice and guidance, I couldn’t recommend Platinum Property anymore! Lewis and the team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We’ve been working with Lewis since May 2025, and the progress we’ve made in such a short space of time has honestly exceeded our expectations.

When we first started with Lewis, we only had the one asset. It was being rented out, but we hadn’t increased the rent in years, meaning it wasn’t profitable at all. With Lewis’s guidance and support, we’ve now turned that property into a profitable asset.

On top of that, with Lewis’s help, contacts, and encouragement, we secured our first Rent-to-Rent Serviced Accommodation deal back end of 2025. We also launched our serviced accommodation management company and have already won our first client in Northumberland. Jack has been learning how to deal source with Lewis’s support as well, and we’re hoping to get our first deal over the line very soon.

Looking back over the last six months, we’ve achieved far more than we ever thought possible in that timeframe. Lewis has been a huge support to us throughout the journey, and I genuinely don’t think we would be where we are today without him - in fact, I know we wouldn’t.

He’s always on hand whenever we need advice or have questions, is super responsive on WhatsApp, and is always happy to jump on a call. We couldn’t recommend Lewis highly enough!

Since I've worked with Lewis and the Platinum Property team, I've gained the necessary knowledge to identify great property deals and attain financial freedom.

The real benefit is being given specific information and the complete step by step instructions that will enable you to buy and / or source property deals. This crucial knowledge is simply not available, or at the very least, extremely difficult, to find online. So Platinum Property mentoring is a valuable shortcut. They also put you in touch with the right contacts to facilitate the purchase, renovation and refinancing of properties.

I have now given up my day job. I have sourced deals and also have a lucrative property investment.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY – THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY AND REFUSING TO PAY ME BACK.

Platinum Property Team Ltd is completely untrustworthy. They took a significant amount of my money and are now refusing to return it—while still actively promoting deals in their WhatsApp group to attract new investors.

I was introduced to Platinum Property Team Ltd in April last year. After they found me a property, I agreed to proceed and paid their finder’s fee of £5,500. However, the entire process was a disaster.

The property they sourced was supposedly vacant, yet after five months of endless back and forth, slow responses, waiting numerous days to get any answers… I was suddenly told that it was actually tenanted and that the tenants were refusing to leave. This left me with no choice but to cancel the deal—wasting months of my time. But this is property and i understand it’s not plane sailing… however when I requested my finders fee refund, they outright refused, citing “financial difficulties.”

But here’s the worst part: I thought I was dealing with Platinum Property Team Ltd the entire time—but they LIED. Instead, they sneakily made me pay the finders fee into a completely separate company, Platinum Property Partners NE Ltd, a shell company created in April 2024 with no financials, no shareholders, and no real legitimacy which I had no idea about at the time.

And when I requested my refund? They didn’t even respond from Platinum Property Team Ltd. Instead, I received a formal letter from Platinum Property Partners NE Ltd—a company I have zero contractual involvement with—claiming the deposit was “gone” and that they couldn’t pay it back because their so-called “shareholders” had left. It’s laughable.

Meanwhile, Platinum Property Team Ltd is still actively taking money from new investors right now. They do have the funds to pay me back, but they’re choosing not to.

This company is completely unreliable, dishonest, and has failed to uphold its own promises. They assured me that if they didn’t find me a property, they would refund my money—a promise they have blatantly ignored. THAT IS MY MONEY NOT YOURS!

If you value your time and money, STAY AWAY from this company.
