From the very first call I had with Deniz, when I wasn't even sure I would be able to get a mortgage, to completion on the purchase of my first home, he was AMAZING. There were no questions too stupid to ask or advice he didn't have time to give. Deniz guided me through every stage of the process, providing expert knowledge and advice.

I could not recommend Deniz more highly to anyone seeking a mortgage, and particularly to any first time buyers out there. I am certain that you wouldn't get this service from someone else. I felt as though Deniz was personally invested in my case: he was right there setting off the fireworks when I completed. Five stars aren't enough!!

Deniz COULD NOT have been more helpful. I was buying two properties, one for me, one buy-to-let and the first was easy and the second was .....not. It took six months and a lot of heartache, all during lockdown, and I can say, without doubt, I could not have bought that property if I hadn't had Deniz as my advisor. The deal would absolutely have fallen apart without his advice, his endless phone calls to the estate agents and the vendors. He went above and beyond to a ridiculous degree. (Fortunately the other one was dead easy.)
