Worst customer service imaginable. Some great representatives but their hands are tied ! Everything has to be escalated and go through a team lead and they are impossible to get a hold of !! Took me 38 days and 11 escalation to have a returned call!! Mickey Mouse operation !! The bonus structure is an absolute SCAM( don’t do it )

Thank goodness I never deposited money to get on the Oilers. I was mulling over to bet on the SC Finals Oilers outright win when I read the reviews of PlayAlberta. Yes, it is true. If you deposit $1000.00, then you cannot ever get that deposit back, it is theirs forever. You can withdraw the winnings however but you lose your deposit for good. They try and use some money laundering excuse which is baloney. Thank goodness I listened to the reviews. I immediately canceled my account and thanked my lucky stars. Imagine going to a casino, and never being able to withdraw your initial deposit but only your winnings? This is a scam and criminal and I told that agent so.

Play Alberta or nothing but crooks. They've owed me money now for 3 months over a hockey game that I proved to them was a winner and they said it was a loser. Even their agent said it was a winner and still wasn't paid. And also I figured out that there's an algorithm in their e-soccor that's designed to take your money so that they only have to pay out the least amount of money and I turn makes you lose , their e-sports are fixed when I can prove this there'd be a huge lawsuit against play Alberta and I'm working on it as we speak, also on e-soccor the odds and their scores don't match in real time and Fk you over when placing bets.

Whether it's brick and motor or online, Blackjack is my jam. So after a while, I tend to notice things. Nuances, minor discrepancies, and the like. With Play Alberta, none of that matters because it's so obviously rigged.
The only winning streak I ever enjoyed during the short time I play on their site was when I was using their phoney-baloney bonus dollars. But as soon as I read the TAC and learned that bonus dollars are basically anti-dollars and canceled the promotion, the hands became unwinnable. With me getting 12 or 13 with a ten to bust, or 18 to 19 with dealer getting 20-21, everytime.
Statistically, the dealer's luck would be similar to winning lotto max 2 weeks in a row.

They should be investigated but I won't be holding my breath

Placed a live bet early in a game of the world juniors and my team came back to win. Playalberta then cancelled the bet and provided no explanation. Multiple “tickets” opened and one online rep said they would escalate it to senior management. Nothing.
Also the odds are considerably worse than other sites.

Terrible games. Extremely LOW payouts. The withdrawal process is not fast.

Then bang I can not use my debit card or any other card. a that was more than15 days ago still can't use the site asked them to close everything and of course they have not, worried data is being sold by them now, closing an account takes 5 mins but still no response from them. Have they been hacked and are not telling the public

This site is a joke, if you win on a bonus say $1000 dollars you need to spend $10000 to cash it out, they ban your bank card for no reason. Their customer service is horrible. There had been issues for the better part of this month and all of them were auto functions that have f'ed my account.

Program B version: Let players lose -$25
Program C version: Let players lose all the money in his or her account $1to $$2, 000, 000 on any casino game(s). When you keep playing, the game shut you down and change you to the losing version game—got that.
Any casino site is on the business to make money not losing money or else they won’t have money to pay their staff or their electricity bills, etc.

It is very rare to see their announcement of big winners $100,000 by that time they sucked up millions or billions already. Gambling or lottery is a multi billion dollars money business they took away from Albertans or Canadian around the country. My experience with PlayAlberta has been positive. Moved from Ontario with similar games on OLG site that rarely ever paid. On PlayAlbera I’ve hit max bonus spins of 96 on Siberian Storm twice. The first was $1.50 bet cashing out $600 on a $15 deposit and then a couple days later at $.50 bet cashing out $180 on a $30 deposit. It’s never big wins like the offshore casinos but I’ve cashed out a few hundred here and there and have had some lucky streaks. Withdrawals are always deposited by the next morning. I play at different times of the day…on my work break in the morning or afternoon and also on evenings and weekends. If I hit a loosing streak, I just take a break for a cpl weeks. My deposit limit is $30/day and $90/week so if I loose it’s not killing the bank account.

Table games seem rigged. I’d go with another online casino.

I actually don’t even want to give them one star for the way I’ve been treated. We’ve uploaded 10 documents to verify our account and have contacted their customer services representatives as per their request to complete the process, and we keep getting told one thing or another the last person that we just spoke to today raised her voice at us when we were trying to explain the situation and told us that birth certificate and drivers license isn’t sufficient at this point needs to be verified again even though they have Telus bills and we’re trying to explain our concerns she talked over us to the point that got angry and hung up on her I would not suggest play Alberta whatsoever they’re rude they don’t they take all your personal information send you emails tell you to call you call the representatives don’t know what they’re doing they belittle you raise your voice that you talk over you and don’t help the situation. This is a zero minus rating I’ve dealt with sites and this is the worst to deal with.

Watch out. If someone wins a jackpot EVERY SINGLE PLAYER WILL LOSE ALL THEIR MONEY. There is no warning to this. It's one of their features. You will not know what's happening. It's a really greasy thing PlayAlberta does. It just happened to me. Couldn't understand why, then I remembered what some people said. Checked the jackpots and yup, someone won. So all players on the site around 1030 to 1130 pm tonight lost all their money. This practice should stop. It is extremely unfair to all players. The fact that all players must lose all their money when someone wins a jackpot is a very corrupt slimy thing to do. The site does these little scams. It suddenly will allow you to cancel a withdrawal after it blocks you from making any deposits. So if you cancel the withdrawal, you will lose that money. There is no oversight with PlayAlberta. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this site. It's actually a scam site. They even reverse the RTP to their favor when they want to raise more money. BEWARE!

I could not get my bet in because of the location feature on my computer. Then when I asked to get my funds back they said I could only withdraw winnings, not my original deposit. I understand you want to stop money laundering, but it should not be done using outright theft.
