Third time I have updated this review! Happy to say I finally received my order! I order June 1st and didn’t receive it till July 9th. Never was able to track the shipment. Haven’t used them yet. Hope it was worth the wait.

They charged me for my purchase of a product immediately after the order and mor than two months later after missing the promised delivery date multiple times I'm still waiting for them to inform me of the shipping time

I'm hearing Ali the delayed shipping complaints and I too was skeptical and thought it was a scam. Just relax and take a deep breath. I know everyone wants things instantaneous
but we are in a pandemic. When you get the product, you will be thrilled with the quality and sound. Take a deep breath and have a little patience. It's no scam.

Similar to others. Ordered 9 May, got an email claiming delivery problems brought on by Covid19, but nothing more. No reply to email.

Total rip off placed order after reading review sounded really good put order in on 23 May paid threw bank... payment went out not heard of them can't get through on phone emailed4 times said it had been dispatched 9 June still not come and now will not return emails hope they get there comuppence must be taking millions how can Google let companies do this

I ordered these for my husband's birthday. The money was taken straight away but nothing has materialised. I can't find the site any more. It seems to be called Airphones now. Watch out!

This is a total scam paid £83.00 for 2pairs on 15may nothing come through been in touch by email they keep saying will be sent soon sent last email saying will get PayPal on case they stopped replying .thank god for pay pal .stay well away from this site .

Waiting for an order placed on 2nd May 2020, chasing them is pretty meaningless. They do seem to be happy to reply to me over the instant messenger, even offered me a discount, but i dont really get any further forward and i dont have confidence they will arrive. I think i actually dont care if they do arrive. Ordered a another earbud product from elsewhere and arrived next day. Absolutely taking the orders for a product they cannot deliver. I do appreciate its hard times out there, but other companies i have used during this this time on other products have all been successful. Will never recommend Playbeatz.

Please someone close down this organisation, they take your money and deliver nothing. We need justice, they still advertise on Google. .. they are stealing our money Stop them advertising.?! Still no answer been 3 months... I am giving up so disappointed!

Not for any reason buy anything from Playbeatz. Takes your money and that's the last you hear. I'm devastated to be treated like this, they were for my husband, he's a key worker working 6 sometimes 7 days a week. Shame oon you PLAYBEATZ

I placed an order for ear buds on 23 May 2020 and paid on that day. Despite calling their UK contact number and emailing them I am still to hear about the delivery of my purchase over a month later. I have placed a claim with my credit card company and also with PayPal.
A recent web search found another customer who never received their order, and suggested this is a scam.
Please be very wary of spending your money on this product - rather donate it to charity where it can at least do some good.

I ordered 2 sets of headphones back on April 28th, I have called several times and I always get the same answer. Due to covid-19 it is taking longer.. I’m going to try to file a fraud case with my bank and see if I can get my money back that way.. I’m not holding my breath..

It's June 22nd. I haven't gotten anything. There's no way to contact them. This is a scam. Don't buy from here. Paid over 100 dollars, and I got nothing.

Managed to get through by phone today (22-6-20), giving 10% refund & said it was because of virus & high volume of orders! Took about 15mins to call.

I ordered mine on may 6 still nothing today at 6/19/2030

Ordered these over 36 days ago heard nothing back from the emails I've sent

Well orderd them over 30days ago payment made.still no goods.sent emails etc.still heard nothing.think i have been scammed.

I have been trying to get my order for 2 months! They responded to one email but now nothing. I sent several emails asking for a refund-crickets... no phone number to call. Do not order from them
