Saw the ad for this product and it seemed like a great deal. Placed the order and it took almost two months to arrive! Opened the product, followed the instructions and all good until I started using them. Although the sound quality and volume level is quite good, the Bluetooth connectivity is horrible! They cut out constantly when your phone is in your pocket and even when you lay your phone down two feet away the ear buds cut out almost every 20 seconds. Do yourself a favor and save your money for a quality ear bud like Bose. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Like all the reviews I have read the communication with play beatz is absolutely 0.....I had to take a resolution out with PayPal in order to get my money back..surprisingly when I did this I did receive an email from play beatz to say that the ear buds were on the way and had been dispatched.... I was given a tracking number which was no use at all... but HEY today after almost 2 1/2 months I received the earbuds..Cant figure out why they were posted from the Netherlands?????. I have not had a chance to try them out yet ..my advice is if you can find anything similar that you can buy from another reputable company..then do so.. Definitely give these a miss.

I have this morning, received the earbuds. I'm charging them atm so can't report on the sound etc but the quality looks superb. They were well packaged so I am pleased. I suppose because of Covid-19 the delay in receiving them could be genuine but I wish they would have kept me informed better. I've scored 4 stars to give an honest opinion on the earbuds but customer service needs attention.
I hope everyone else gets their earbuds too🤠

Avoid this trap! This company has my money, but is totally non-responsive. After 6 weeks, no earbuds and no communication.

I FINALLY got my ear buds. After over 2 months and very little communication. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I'm hoping the buds are better than their communication.

like many others, I say this company is not worth dealing with. Ordered 12th May and still not arrived. I keep getting emails saying they are on the way but never turn up.They gave me a carrier reference but it doesn't exist.

Ordered on May 5th. Received June 10th. Product is apparently direct shipped from China.

One connects to my Android phone, but not to my receiver. The other doesn't light up. I'm contacting the bank to dispute the charge.

Wouldn’t give them one star if it was possible. Ordered earbuds on the 25th May. Received a confirmation email with an order number and it stated to allow up to 30 days from ordering to delivery, also stated I would receive another email with a tracking number, have received nothing! I have sent numerous emails to customer services and had not one reply, tried phoning them, nothing! Paid for them on my credit card and the money was taken instantly so have now contacted the bank who have now lodged a dispute so waiting to see what happens. Wish I had read all the reviews before I purchased them. Absolutely disgusted with this company and have come to the conclusion it’s all a scam just to get your money!

However I have since come to another conclusion Playbeatz have taken money from my account and as of today 12:07:2020 I have still not recieved my order
I have emailed on numerous occasions no reply, I have tried ringing no answer just a recorded message saying do not ring

I would definitely steer clear of this company.

I placed an order 5/19.Should have known something when the $10 off coupon didn't work. I immediately emailed for a refund of course with no response. I called, only to get a satisfaction survey asap!I emailed again with no response. I called my bank 6/19 to dispute since I got no answer.The rep stated they've gotten several disputes for them, and have them noted as scammers.6/30, got an email stating the order went out 6/23.Tracking link doesn't work, but I dont expect to get them at this point.Stay away!!!

Would rather use a string and 2 tin cans

Don’t waste your money. Paid for them and the shipping and should receive date past two weeks ago. Another scam and PayPal will not help.

I ordered my play beatz but they never arrived. I contacted the company and never got any response, the tracking number they provided wasn't valid so was useless, as far as I can see it's a con.

If I could I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. It’s now the 11th of July and still no delivery of my playbeatz. I did receive an email from them with a false tracking number that doesn’t exist. In their email to me it said your playbeatz have been dispatched this was on the 7th of July please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update, FALSE INFORMATION AGAIN.

I wish I saw reviews like this before I placed my order on 22/05/20. On 10/06/20 I got standard email stating delays and then I emailed them 29/06/20 asking why take so long when other international companies were coping better with the crisis? No answer. Now I have email 08/07/20 telling me my order has been shipped with a tracking number that does not work. I am planning to raise a complaint with Paypal if nothing shows up in another week. So annoyed!

First of all I must stress there was a disclaimer when I ordered from this company that it could take up to 30 days for delivery. I ordered on the 26th May. I then received an email on the 10th june to say it would arrive within 14 days of receiving the email.
It's now the 10th July and no delivery.
I can understand the delay, the pandemic situation is not normal and delays are understandable. But the communication has been appalling.
Just please tell us what's going on or refund my money.

Ordered set in March 2020 took my $65 instantly here it is July 2020 and they have not shipped or refunded my $. No reply to 12 emails and when you call, you select option for any department it transfers you to the how was this call survey. Basically they will not email you and set phones to avoid you. Very disappointed be scammed.
