Product very good, however it should include the strap to keep the shoulder straps from slipping off your shoulders rather than selling it as a separate item. It is a design flaw, so if you are thinking of buying this adventure pouch you WILL need the strap! We have had to adapt using a bungee. Delivery took a long time - tracking showed that it travelled the whole of the England before it got to us. Pooch put on 2 kg in that time.

The product arrived pretty quickly. There was regular updates. The email they sent was really lovely and thoughtful. Would buy from them again.

Order arrived really quickly, it’s great and the team were so lovely with updates and communications. I’m not sure whether the person who wrote the emails should be applauded or shot tho haha! Brilliant. Made me laugh. A friend of mine would call some of the words and phrases “groanworthies”!

Friendly fast service,unfortunately the flopping fish has only lasted 2 weeks as the puppy is abit rough with it,it still works but I have had to stitch the outside numerous times.product could probably do with a tougher outside covering.

the product is perfect, however the despatch and update information was poor. Despatch took a long time so dont count on it being "Next Day".
As mentioned though, the product is very good.

An amusing and light hearted purchase. The item was delivered within a reasonable time and the frequent bright updates were quite upbeat. Slight drawback, our Pusscat refuses to go near her new cave bed! Leading horses to water comes to mind.

I ordered a carry backpack for my new puppy on the 4th of October. The tracking for this was non existant and I was emailed about delays. I finally emailed them after 20 days to ask where my order was. I recieved an email saying that it had been delivered and with proof. Royal mail had apparrently put the order in my recycling bin on bin day and of course it went out with the rubbish. I understand through no fault Playpaw this happened, but there was zero tracking available which could have prevented this mishap. I emailed again and asked how this could be resolved and after lengthy exchanges over a period of a week, I was told I could either have a refund or the missing items sent. I opted for the missing items. Its now the 10th Nov and have heard nothing. I chased it 3 days ago and have heard nothing. I honestly don't recommend this company. I am out of pocket and no items.

Quality goods.

My old cat loves the Sleeping Pouch. He is a sloppy old chap so I lift him up with one arm and "pour" his rear end into the pouch. I then lay him down on my bed (in the pouch) and he doesn't move for hours! He is a tall long cat (but only 5kg) and the large sized pouch could be a couple of inches longer. I don't think it's big enough for him to curl up into, and he hasn't tried to yet. He can get tangled up in fleece blankets, I use an electric hot pad under his bed but he is on steroids for a liver tumour so I need him to stay warm and cocooned this winter. The pouch is great, thank you. I've washed and ironed the cover already, all good but the Jellybean design is a bit too pink for a chap!

First up, I ordered the Orthopaedic cat bowls plus bowl replacement, and that product is fabulous. A pity, therefore, that they sent out only half my order (I ordered 2 of each, one as present), and after a lengthy to-and-fro process involving me documenting with photos what I received, they have now simply cut the dialogue and leave me without the second set. I asked for either refund or that missing items be sent our, but suddenly no replies anymore. So whilst I want to recommend the product, the company is in my experience not up to the task.
PS: After this review was posted, the company informed me by e-mail that the missing set has been sent out. Much appreciated.
