Karte ohne Grund gesperrt

Die Herren von Pleo haben mir bereits vor 5 Tagen meine Karte „aufgrund einer verdächtigen Transaktion“ gesperrt – und das bei einem Betrag von 4,85 Euro, für den es sogar eine Rechnung gibt!
Eine „verdächtige“ Transaktion von nicht mal 5 Euro!
Bravo, meine Herren von Pleo!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that having a card frozen - especially over a small amount like €4.85 - can feel like an unnecessary hurdle when you have the receipt in hand.

We’d like to provide some context on how our security systems work to protect your funds:

Proactive Surveillance: Our security uses an algorithm designed to spot patterns, not just large sums. Fraudsters often "test" cards with tiny amounts before attempting larger thefts, which is why our system monitors all transactions regardless of size.

User Verification: When a transaction is flagged, Pleo automatically sends a push notification asking, "Was this you?" This is designed to let you verify the spend in seconds without any disruption to your service.

Safety First: A card is only frozen if that notification is explicitly marked as "No" (unrecognized) or if we do not get a reply to the notification. This safety net is in place to ensure that if a card is compromised, the damage is stopped immediately.

We regret that this caused a disruption for you, should still need help unfreezing the card the support team is available to help you with this via the live chat in our product.
Our team is constantly fine-tuning these triggers to better distinguish between legitimate coffee runs and actual threats.

Jegliche Kontaktaufnahme ist nicht möglich, egal ob anrufen, Mails schreiben. Seit Januar werden wir komplett ignoriert und es funktionieren immer mehr Sachen nicht wie gewollt..

Rapid problem resolution

We had a problem with unauthorized debits from our Pleo account. Jozef from Pleo provided prompt support in resolving the issue, allowing us to do so very quickly.

Pleo is a very good card App.

Pleo is a very good card App, you can manage all the expenses and in case you have problems with frauds or potential frauds they help you immediately. Josef supported me in checking about a fraud and I received a new credit card in few days, using in the meantime a virtual one available in the App.

Service auf höchstem Niveau – kompetent, engagiert und mit Herz

Ich möchte Dir ein ganz großes Lob für Sonja aussprechen.

Aufgrund ungeklärter Umstände waren plötzlich die Einstellungen der DATEV-Schnittstelle verschwunden, was natürlich erst einmal für einige Fragezeichen gesorgt hat. Die Fehlersuche sowie die Wiederherstellung der Einstellungen – und das gleich für mehrere Firmen – hat etwas Zeit in Anspruch genommen.

Aber: Sonja war während des gesamten Prozesses außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, geduldig und lösungsorientiert an meiner Seite. Sie hat sich nicht nur fachlich absolut kompetent gezeigt, sondern war auch menschlich eine enorme Unterstützung. Ich hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, ernst genommen und bestens betreut zu werden.

Am Ende war ich fast ein wenig traurig, dass wir alles erfolgreich gelöst hatten, weil die Zusammenarbeit so angenehm war. Eine solche Mitarbeiterin ist Gold wert – haltet sie Euch bitte warm. Ich weiß sehr genau, wovon ich spreche 😉

Great Customer Service as usual

I had a great experience with our account manager, Judith Mählmeyer, yesterday. We encountered an issue with a low Pleo balance, and she supported us by providing multiple options to urgently recharge it so our employees wouldn’t be blocked from booking their business trips.

Fast and efficient

My account was locked due to too many incorrect login attempts. The Pleo manager responded very quickly to my request for help and reactivated my account immediately. I am extremely satisfied!

Telefdonkontakt

Ich habe bereits seit einiger Zeit versucht, telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen. Leider war das nicht möglich. Heute hat endlich jemand zurückgerufen. Leider konnte ich in dem Moment nicht reden, weshalb ich um einen Rückruf in 30 Minuten gebeten habe. Trotz Zusage habe ich keinen erhalten. Das zeigt, dass man bei Problemen an keinen Ansprechpartner kommt.

Pleo is the best Debit/Credit Card Provider out there

Pleo is very practical, still keeps in high considerate security and non-authorized transactions, which in my experience happend two times, and in both occasions were resolved quick and rightfully. That all by being a free Account user, not even premium. I am happy they help me in my Business development.

Fast help & quick solutions

The Pleo Team offered instand help and fast solutions whenever there is an issue. My last contact was with Senior Fraud & Chargebacks Specialist Jozef he helped me with a problem regarding incorrectly debited money to get it back quickly, he greatly relieved me by taking over all the necessary steps and I only had to pass on the necessary information to him. I was in contact now with multiple Pleo Team members and they were all super friendly!

Wir haben unser Konto dort gekündigt. Als ich das Geld zu unserer Bankverbindung zurück erstattet habe, hat ein automatischer Lastschriftauftrag das Konto wieder aufgefüllt. Das Konto wurde geschlossen und auf die finale Abrechnung bzw. die Rückerstattung des automatischen Lastschriftauftrags über 800€ warten wir seit über 4 Monaten. Der Kundenservice war bisher nicht hilfreich.
