AVOID

Used to be good but did an 'upgrade' and now unable to view more than 2 days on a mobile. Cannot add to tags as you now need to create a spreadsheet and then import it. Before this so called 'upgrade', you could view a long way back on your mobile and could jut add a tag on a blank line. It has made it far less user friendly and more time consuming.

Alternatives are:

Moss
Equals money
Soldo
Payhawk
Capture Expense

All have higher rating than Pleo.

So…Pleo are adding lying to their services. Good job I took a picture of the conversation so can PROVE it happened. As for reaching out, I asked for a call and was told this is not a service that Pleo do as they don’t have the facility to call their customers!!!

UPDATE: Friday 7th February 2025.

So...Pleo sent me a request for information which I supplied and then made NO contact. Presumably they just do this to give the appearance of caring about their customers when in reality they do not. Also, the system has no decided to duplicate tags with a code so all the ones we had entered are now all incorrect despite us not having done anything.

So looks like my weekend will be taken up with contacting all their competitors since Pleo have made ZERO effort to contact me!

Pleo - an effective and efficient product

We use Pleo for our staff and contractors from all our international regions, when they are deployed on projects Globally. Pleo has provided much need control and security over getting the funds into the right hands on time, while providing excellent reporting to simplify our record keeping procedures, especially while on site in remote locations. And the simplicity to update into our accounting system reduce admin burden. Pleo has provided a very cost efficient and effective product. I'm not sure how we managed before Pleo.

Timely support for resolving an unexplained charge issue.

Jozef explained the process well and responded quickly to my queries, which helped to resolve the issue within less than a day.

Great service from PLEO

Had an issue where our company card was used fraudently with Asda online shopping. PLEO staff (Jozef) did a great job in communicating the process with me and lodging the ocmplain with Mastercard. A full refund was issued for the charged which were made.

Really bad customer service.

Really bad customer service.
I raised a complaint with customer services regarding my monthly billing and they dismissed it without any proper explanation. They told me to follow up with my account manager if I wanted further information - which I did. In the meantime, they blocked the use of my cards without telling me - only to find out when I trid to use them. They then said that they can't unblock them without going through a different verifications department. Every time I try to call them, the number is engaged. Useless!

Resolution of fraudulent transactions

Pleo were speedy at resolving some fraudulent transactions on my account. The process for raising my claim was clear and I was kept in the loop with the process at all times.
