I really can't fault these guys. I get a reminder once a year for boiler service, they turn up on time on the date agreed, no mess , no fuss, very professional, would recommend.

Very professional from start to finish, from the lady in the office who advised and booked installation of my hive & the engineer who was very friendly and very efficient in both the installation of the hive and the service on boiler.Highly recommend

Great company.
I have been using Plumbco for about 2 years, they actually installed my new boiler which was moved from the attic to my Kitchen.
They are a fabulous team. All the guys are really helpful. The office team are wonderful always cheerful but on the same token always sympathetic to any problems you may have. Normally if you do a call out they will always try to get to you the same day, even if it is not urgent. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The team arrived on time and throughout the two day job Paul in particular did a great job of answering our questions while still efficiently getting on with the job. Very professional job and left the house very clean on completion. Overall, the admin team and the plumbers are to be commended for making the experience a very good one. Great team of people
Arran and the team provided a great customer experience. Quick to respond, great value for money and a friendly approach. We were unsure when we wanted the boiler fitted as it was a refurbishment, but when we were ready, they were there within days.

Work carried out quickly and efficiently
Discovered a leaky hot water tank whilst doing the annual review of the gas boiler and we obviously needed to change it .
This Plumbco did within a morning including draining the hot water system in the house and once hot water tank installed refilled the hot water system and checked everything was working correctly.

Plumbco Excellent
The company advised me in advance re my time slot and arrived as planned.
Polite, efficient and helpful gas plumber.
He told me the results of both my service on the boiler and gas fire. He even enquired afterwards re a spare part.
Plumbco called me the next day to say my fire part was no longer made - it is old. Very helpful.
