Wauw, mijn wc was verstopt doorspoelen ging niet alle water bleef gewoon in de wc. Ik heb dit bedrijf ingeschakeld ze kwamen denk ik binnen 40 minuten, hebben binnen 20 minuten alles afgehandeld en het werkplaats netjes achtergelaten! Ik ben erg tevreden!!

Mijn wc was verstopt, en kon niet doorgespoeld worden ik heb dit bedrijf aangeraden gekregen ik heb ze snel opgebeld. Binnen 40 minuten aangekomen heeft het probleem goed opgelost!

Before starting the job, he stated there was a €30 fee for the visit and €40 per hour for the work. No other pricing structure was mentioned.
The actual work consisted of using a drain cleaning tool for approximately 5 minutes to push the blockage. After this, I was charged €600. When I questioned the amount, I was told that the cost was calculated “per meter” of equipment used. This pricing method was never mentioned beforehand, and no estimate was provided that could have indicated such a high total.
When I raised concerns about the price, he also told me that the VvE (homeowners association) would reimburse the cost. After contacting the VvE directly, I was informed that they have nothing to do with this and would not reimburse any amount.
The lack of transparency about pricing, combined with incorrect information about reimbursement, is extremely concerning. I strongly advise don’t use their services!!

This company is definitely a SCAM, I strongly recommend to not use their service.. They take advantage of your time of need and charge absurd fees.

Before the service, It was explained the charge of 44.95 euros per hour of service + 34.95 for the visit to assess the problem, which seems very reasonable to me.

however, after exactly 17 minutes of work, he came with an extra charge for using the tools, which for some absurd reason is charged at 79 euros per meter of use,

without consulting me or anything, he explained that he needed 6 meters

and in addition to the visit and hour of service, he charged me 477 euros for 17 minutes of work!! (total of 673.85 euros)

I didn't agree to pay immediately, but the guy was clearly angry and irritated, saying he couldn't do anything, I felt intimidated and decided to pay this nonsense!

Asked them to fix a leak in an apartment and charged me €3000+, 3 times the initial quote with a lot of hidden fees. Came with two guys but only one was working and the other was scrolling Tiktok. Charged me the price of two. I was forced to pay on the spot. I had to pay a 3-part payment: 2 into a personal account through Tikkie and one through a contactless machine. I guess it's for tax evasion. But they still charged me 21% VAT.

They promised invoice right away but it never arrived after 3 days. No one answered the landline (I think they recognised my number) and ghosted me on Whatsapp.

They never fixed the problem and it's still leaking. Asked them to come back and fix it but got no response.

I booked this plumber when my sink was leaking badly. They arrived on time, were friendly, and fixed the problem quickly. The price was fair and they explained everything clearly. Very happy with the service.

This company is a SCAM!! Do NOT use them!! I have filed a complaint with Consuwijzer. If they have scammed you, please file a complaint with Consuwijzer. When they get enough complaints about a company, they will fine them or shut them down.

Plumber Amsterdam charged me EUR 100 to come fix my toilet. He took 5 minutes to look at it and charged me EUR 100 and didn’t give me an invoice or receipt. He said that he needed to order a part and would come replace it later in the week at no extra charge except for the part. It's been over a week, and he is not answering my calls and has now blocked me on Whatsapp.

He claims he sent me an email which is a lie. He said he would refund my money last week, but this is also a lie. He did not refund anything.

I will continue to file complaints with Consuwijzer and the KvK until I get my money back. This company should be shut down. This is not how you operate a business in a developed country.

Ik wil graag mijn ervaring delen met plumber amsterdam. Ik heb dit bedrijf vanmiddag gebeld rond 16:30 hij kwam snel aan de lijn. Ik heb hem mijn situatie uitgelegd. Hij zei aan de telefoon dat die binnen kwartier op locatie zou komen. Wat klopte hij was rond 16:45 op locatie. Heeft mijn kraan die niet werkte gemaakt en een mooi prijsje afgesproken samen. Ik raad deze loodgieter aan!

Hij was snel ter plaatsen en kon de lek gelijk detecteren. En oplossen fantastische loodgieter

DO NOT use this plumbing service. The "repaired" my toilet the beginning on December, charged €600 for it and said the repairs would last for 2 years- the toilet broke in 13 days. I called them at least 15 times and they kept saying they would have a quote for me and they never got back to me, I gave them 2.5 weeks to get back in total before going with another plumber which was way too long already. They did not provide a refund for the charges and never returned my texts or calls after.

DO NOT USE THEM! Use TFK Installatie service, they are much better, more professional and more reliable.

This is a scam. I called for a repair and a plumber stopped by the same day. Demanded to be paid to diagnose and buy parts, and booked another appointment to come back. He kept postponing the second appointment and eventually stopped taking my calls. Never fixed anything.

Unreliable, expensive, poor service avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately we were scammed under very similar circumstances as the previous reviewer. Our water boiler broke down, a repairman showed up within an hour and fixed the issue which was great. What was not great is an hour of labor cost 900 euros.

Considering that a new water boiler costs about 2000 euros this was completely unreasonable. He also promised an additional pipe repair which we have not heard from him about. Same number too, **7608.
