2nd time this chap has saved my behind. Came back from my honeymoon to find our drains had overflowed and our terrace was filled with my neighbours poop, OH JOY. Heavy rain meant it was creeping up towards our door and into our kitchen...! Called late morning and he was with me by lunch time.
