I ordered a shower tray which came promptly, which was delivered by a very helpful young man. I realised I had measured incorrectly, I contacted custom services (Tanyka) who helped every step of the way to purchase the correct size and return the other one. The same delivery driver picked up and dropped off my new one again as helpful and polite as before. So as well as being reasonable priced they bend over backward to give you a brilliant shopping experience.

After being let down by a bathroom company, with some trepidation I thought I would try Plumbing World. The company should be renamed 'Different World'. I was plunged into a world of 'nothing is too much trouble', 'I will make sure you get exactly what you want'. Maxine and her colleagues provided all of the advice I needed to make a fairly complex project easy.
As a 77 year old with severe hip problems, I was force in to putting in an easy access shower as I can't step up anymore.
Thank heavens Plumbing World were there.
What a wonderful company, what amazing customer service, and what pride in doing an excellent job.
If I talk to any friends about a plumbing project I will direct them to Maxine at Plumbing World straight away.

Knowing what we wanted as a replacement offset Quadrant shower, searched the Web and found Plumbing World.. Glad I did!!
The sales person I contacted was Rob Cox whose customer service attitude and communication was excellent. Delivery day..their delivery driver, Ian, who was very pleasant and extremely helpful.
Everything unwrapped and checked... Perfect!
Just one hiccup, wrong shower waste sent. However, within 24hrs the correct one arrived.

Excellent service and products at a good price.

I bought a boiling water tap through Amazon which was clearly defective and not up to the job. My husband is a builder and I had various tradesmen inspect it to confirm that I was not just being difficult and they all said it was useless. This is my second boiling water tap so I have a comparison. However after lengthy correspondence and photos, Plumbing World refused to accept there was an issue despite a small part also falling off and random gushes of water when no-one is near. Having paid £100 to have it fitted, I am stuck with it now using a kettle.

Products are excellent value for money. Staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Richard is always on hand to help out with his expertise. I would recommend this Company to anyone.

I opted for same-day collection since I was going to be in the area, but despite the item being in stock, it turns out they can take up to 7 days to confirm collection availability. I've requested them to deliver the shower tray and waste instead, but haven't received any response. Thankfully, I paid via PayPal, and if they don’t get back to me soon, I'll be requesting a full refund.

Fast efficient service, answered my queries quickly and made good recommendations. Great delivery driver who was very pleasant and helpful. Perfect shower enclosure, tray etc. instructions could have been better for diy, but this is really the manufacturers issue. Will certainly use plumbing world again.

Very good price. Arrived within a week of ordering. Good communication around the delivery date, we didn't have any tracking information. Delivery chap friendly and helped us to unload the panels.

Part was supposed to be in stock for immediate delivery but was apparently damaged so a new one was ordered from the supplier. Then I was told it would be a couple of days extra, but that didn't happen and it ended up taking 10 days in total to get the part.

Ordered bath and toilet unit from Plumbing World, great communication of order and when it was getting delivered, when toilet unit came it was faulty, phoned plumbing world which Lee answered, and sorted it out for me ( and emailed me with updates about unit )

Easy ordering process, positive updates re delivery/dispatch and timings. Ok pricing all good.

Ordered toilet syphon. The part was not held by Plumb World. After over a month, with several reminders/exchanges I was advised their supplier did not have item in stock. A 5-7 day delivery didn’t happen. Ordered from Amazon…. Hopefully the refund doesn’t take a month.

When I received my order I unpacked and tried to fit it to the 10mm screen, unfortunately upon further inspection I found that there were 4 grub screws missing, after numerous emails back and forth I was informed that they were not necessary, so why did the fitting have 4 thredded holes, and why was I supplied with a 2mm allen key when the screws top and bottom were a Philips/ posidrive screw not as stated hex key fitting, hence I am unable to fit said shower flipper until I can scorce some proper grub screws, so not impressed.

Everything we ordered was delivered on time. Delivery driver was absolutely brilliant and very helpful. Jade Bishop in customer service has been fantastic. Would recommend the company as our overall service has been a pleasant experience. Thanks Plumbing World

Just bought some taps from Plumbing World. Their prices were very competitive and their customer service was also very good. The only reason that I'm not giving them five stars is that it was a bit of a convoluted process - stock turned out to be unavailable when the website said it was in stock; details of when it would be back in stock varied from call to call; and so on.
As I said though, this shouldn't detract from the superb and friendly customer service and very good prices. I'd use them again.
