Excellent all round service. Had a great face to face experience. Assisted with the plans, product colour schemes and making sure the right product fitted into bathroom. Paid half until one of their recommended fitters was available . Paid second half the week before delivery. Free storage of bathroom at their own warehouse.

Everything about our installation process was excellent.
We had 3 rooms fully refitted all at the same time : our ensuite, bathroom and cloakroom. We were initially concerned how this might impact on our daily life, but our worries were completely unfounded.
The measuring up and pre installment advice was second to none. Julie was meticulous with the project management even when a little hiccup occurred but this was rectified in the blink of an eye.
The 2 main fitters worked tirelessly, were always on time and made sure we were never without at least one toilet a sink and running water. They were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable and left everywhere spotless every day. The tiler was also meticulous and completed an immaculate job.
The work did not overrun and was completed to perfection within the 3 week timeframe.
We would not hesitate to recommend all the staff for their standard of advice, care and workmanship .... It was excellent.
We are so pleased we chose Plumbits and are over the moon with the final result.

Suzie was great from start to finish! This was our first time getting a bathroom design. She made it easy and stress free. It was clear to us she had lots of experience and came up with ideas and options we’d not thought of. Our was a bit of an awkward project because we wanted semi modern in an old house. But Suzie kept the ideas coming and was patient with my many questions and changes of mind!
We used Plumbits recommended fitters and again, no complaints. They were professional and efficient and did a great job!

A complete refurbishment of Bathroom, bath out, walk in shower installed together with vanity unit & basin & toilet, new floor & wall panels all done efficiently & left clean & tidy. We ordered a small white gloss vanity unit and collected it from Plumbits. However, when we checked the box on the Sunday evening before our long awaited plumbers arrival the following morning, the unit was grey!

Monday 8am we were relieved to speak to Julie. Within half an hour she located our unit and explained that two had arrived together.

Panic over! The unit looks fabulous and we were so pleased with Julie’s efficiency and attitude.
We definitely recommend Plumbits.

We had a bathroom and en-suite shower room designed and supplied by Plumbits and they look every bit as good as our expectations.
Julie the showroom manager spent a lot of time getting the design right and indeed altering it if we weren’t 100% convinced it was what we wanted!
There was an issue, but Julie was very professional and did her absolute best to ensure we had complete customer satisfaction, she kept in touch on a regular basis, also responding to our e-mails with immediate replies.
We would definitely return to Plumbits.

DiY Trade centre team were so friendly and helpful, helped by completing a repair to my faulty bath plug, it wasn't an easy fix but their persistent and effort was superb and ofcouse got it down. Great to see still people out there organically enjoying their work and service to us customers. Sorry I forgot your names gentleman for the highlight but it was a Friday 19th August between 12-1pm.

Very helpful once again. I needed a part and explained to the very experienced guys what I needed and they listened and came up with a solution.

Refurbished bathroom with walk in shower. All materials and installation supplied and carried out by Plumbits. Extremely pleased with end result and with the manner in which it was installed. will certainly use Plumbits in the future should the need arise.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Julie ran through some designs as we were changing from a large room with bath to a smaller shower room. This showed that everything would fit and not be too cramped. Great choice of fittings and tiles to choose from and a recommendation of a bathroom fitter (Ernie Kenderdine) who is experienced with older properties (1900s Victorian Semi). The final fit was top quality. All in all great service.

We refurbished both our ensuite and main bathroom. Having appointed our fitters RT Bathrooms, we needed to select our fixtures and fittings. Suzie at Plumbits Stafford was very helpful and patient as we made our selections from such a vast range. We're delighted with the outcome and are pleased to recommend both our fitters and suppliers.

When we were planning a full refurb of our bathroom a friend recommended Plumbits in Stafford to us after they had done an outstanding job for her. We visited the showroom and met with Jenny who was very patient with us because we had not finalised in our own minds what exactly we wanted. We needed to combine a separate toilet and bathroom and find some way of fitting a decent sized walk in shower. Jenny came up with a clever idea of how to achieve this and was able to show us on her computer how this would work.
We then spent a lot of time in the showroom picking out tiles, flooring and fittings. There is so much to choose from that this took longer than we had anticipated. We changed our minds on more than one occasion but Jenny took it all in her stride.
Jenny recommended Craig Stott and his team to carry out the installation. These lads were brilliant. They were all perfectionists and nothing was too much trouble for them. They tidied everything up at the end of each day – you would not have known they had been here apart from the fact that half the bathroom was missing!
I cannot recommend Plumbits highly enough and if you can book Craig and his team to carry out your installation, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Replacement shower.

We visited Plumbits to seek advice as looking online and in brochures just wasn't helpful.
We spoke at length with Jenny who carefully considered what we were tying to do and then made some suggestions that included exactly what we were looking for - both in terms of practicality and quality.
Delivery was a few days ago, as arranged - the driver was both very friendly and professional. He also took great care with the various items.
We checked the various parts yesterday and found that a support bracket had not been included within the original order. A quick call to Plumbits, spoke with Suzie, she understood exactly what was required and ordered it for us with an assurance that she would contact me as soon as the item was delivered.
The fact that a required part was originally missed is not really important, that the staff at Plumbits dealt with it quickly and professionally indicates how good Plumbits is at looking after its customers.

I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend Plumbits and will continue to use their services again and again.
