The sales consultant Kate Roy was extremely helpful and was very considerate of my disability. She explained everything on the phone and quickly followed the conversation up with a detailed email. I cannot praise Plus Holidays enough. 10 out of 10 😁👍

I recently booked a 6-night holiday from London Heathrow (LHR) to Goa through Plus Holiday, and I’m extremely happy with the experience! The entire trip was smooth and well-organized.

A big shoutout to Mike, who was my travel agent—he was very helpful, professional, and always available to answer my questions. He made the booking process simple and hassle-free.

The flights were perfectly timed, and the holiday arrangements in Goa were exactly as promised. Great value for money and outstanding customer support!

Cannot express how helpful Ronald is. This is the second City break since have booked with Ronald. He is thorough and so so patient. I ask so many questions but he is so accommodating. Plus Holidays, Ronald is an asset to your team. A big 10/10! 🤩

We booked a 3 city break with flights & trains between Prague, Vienna & Budapest. All travel arrangements were good. However we specifically requested twin rooms in all hotels & prior to our trip, one hotel was changed as apparently the original hadn’t got twin rooms. On arrival at all 3, there was no request from plus holidays for a twin . The first hotel accommodated us whilst the others didn’t. We called Kate twice to try to sort it before we arrived at the next hotel. She wasn’t particularly helpful or friendly but assured us that she would call ahead & sort & get back to us. We heard nothing & phoned again to be promised a call back once she had spoken to the 3rd hotel, again no response & the 3rd hotel again only provided us with a double. Kate’s customer service was very very poor & we wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with her which is a shame as it was good value for money.

Gary made booking trip extremely easy. He was helpful and answered all our queries.

I would like to share my experience with a booking for Romania which was very fast and Ronald served me and he was very nice and patient with me now I am eagerly waiting for the tickets and to be able to go on my trip

Booking all good but then they booked taxi in wrong pick up point. I have to pay for another taxi. So I will not miss our flight. I ask for refund because is there mistake. They made me wait and wait. Over 2 months later still no answer they are not even replying anymore. They could have just said no refund or give me partially refund in the beginning I will not given this bad review. But just made me wait then got ignore. Great customer Service not

Same thing happened to me and my Daughter we got to krakow airport no taxi I'm classed as disabled and my Daughter has asthma . We waiting an hour for taxi before we got our own taxi . Will not be booking with these again and I'm looking to Abta and holiday insurance for compensation. Terrible treatment..

Went with them to Krakow.
Due to flight timings we booked a transfer from airport to hotel. No one arrived!!! Searching airport got no results. Emergency contact number just rang. Ended up hiring airport taxi late at night at significant cost.
Calls to emergency contact number in next few got us nowhere. Ended up calling company. They called back to say taxi from hotel at 0300 was confirmed. Guess what? It didn’t! Ended up getting hotel to get a taxi
On return no response from company.
Shocking customer service.
Book with them with care.
Not getting my business again.
