Proper scam, I ordered a pre order plushie and it’s been a month and they didn’t even respond , I wish I could read the reviews here before I order

ordered the cookie run youtooz plushies in june of last year. never recieved them despite them being released. contacted both youtooz and pna, youtooz said that i should ask pna and pna never responded. ended up getting all three of them refunded with great difficulty, they seemed to really want to keep my money and refused to take fault.

It’s actually really surprising reading the other reviews because I have had nothing but good service from PNA247. Not only would they reply within minutes to my emails, their service has been above and beyond any other figure/collectables store I’ve ever used. They listened and were able to fulfil my requests with 100% customer satisfaction so honestly if you’re unsure of something please just contact the team- they’re quick to respond and friendly!

They’re a genuine trusted YouTooz seller and if you’re UK based it’s really ideal knowing this because the prices are honestly the most competitive you’re going to get.

I have already placed 2 orders with them and there will more!

Pre ordered an item in December 2024 should have shipped August 2025... it is now December 2025 and still haven't received. Asked for a refund and have been waiting almost 2 weeks and again still haven't received that either.
Avoid this company and order from a reliable store like anime emporium

Ordered the Bendy Night Light for a birthday present, item did not work, emailed to ask for a replacement, they wanted the item sent back before doing a replacement, had to ask for a postage label, when taking the item to post office to be sent, label would not scan, emailed to ask for another label, told via email to just place item in a post box but the package is too large and can only be sent as a parcel!..
sent another email to state this, now being ignored, going to have to go through PayPal now to get my money back as they ignored my request for a full refund.
Do not purchase from this company, non existent customer service and no contact number to speak to anyone!…

I’ve ordered the dib membrane plush and I was rly surprised that it came only in 14 days I was glad that is original and purchased is amazing I have him for 9 hours I rly recommend this site

Terrible customer service!!!!!
I pre-ordered two items back in December 2024 for an approximate arrival of February 2025.
I’ve not received the items or any information on when they’re likely to arrive.
I’ve sent several emails which have been ignored.
I wish I hadn’t bothered!

Preordered item in the middle of November , unresponsive via both email and through shop when asked for a status update . Still haven’t received item or a refund, extremely disappointed in service.

I preordered multiple things from this store, 1 had a release date if July 2024 and the other 4 had August 2024, its now November and I've only received the item from July (though it arrived well into September) I understand preorders can be pushed back but the costumer service is non existant I've emailed multiple times to both the enquires and order email and haven't received a reply back

Non existent customer service.
Seller sent wrong item. Item was returned but seller failed to refund. Numerous messages remain unanswered.
Fobbed off with excuses and had to resort to paypal disputes for a refund

Honestly don't bother, save yourself hassle.

I ordered an item at the beginning of April, well aware that the item was on pre order and wouldn't be available until May. However, what has annoyed me is; I emailed only just last week just for an update on my order, as my daughter keeps asking about it and we are coming to the end of May. Sent a message via Shopify too - both have been ignored.. a little worrying, so I have requested my money back. That will most likely be ignored too, but a girls gotta try 🤷🏻‍♀️ my daughter is upset as it was a belated birthday gift due to the pre order.

I would be wary of this store, the customer service is non existent which is a red flag.

found this site on google because they had something that i wanted, was skeptical at first because i had never heard of the site before but purchased from there anyways. and im so glad i did! the figure i purchased dispatched the same day i ordered and it arrived in two days. the site was also very helpful with giving information on when a pre ordered figure would ship. i’m very happy with my order and i will be buying from this site again in the future!

They had a sale on tcg cards that seemed too good to be true but shipping was swift and everything was well packaged and arrived on time. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Brilliant online store, with some fantastic models and figures. Was a tad sceptical with no reviews on trustpilot but need not have worried, free next day delivery with my order. Service and packaging was so good. I have just put in a 2nd large order. Trusted online store.

Found this site on google but didnt know anything about it as therse no real reviews about it,did a quick search and found they sell on amazon and ebay,they a collectibles shop site and sell things like statues,funko pops,trading cards,video games and ect,i ordered a statue from them and it was delivered in 2 days and they also take paypal payment and if you sign up to their newsletter you get 10% of your first order,since therse no reviews for pna247.co.uk i thought i would review them as its a trustworthy site which i would highly reccomend
