The delivery of the product was prompt. I ordered 2 balls. My grandson enjoyed playing with them. However, 1 split with normal use after a couple of weeks. I sent photos to the company & requested a replacement. Despite repeated emails, there has not been any response. No phone number listed Overall I would not recommend this company.

Ordered 1 for my son in Oct 2023 - the plastic pin holding the retractable string into the ball came out within 2 weeks of light use. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and ordered a second ball as a gift in October 2024 - same thing happened but within 1 day! I tried to contact the co. With no response and emailed numerous times. Again no response. Do not waste your money.

The product is so fun, unfortunately it’s poorly made and the customer service is terrible. After ordering in plenty of time to get it for Christmas (12/12) AND paying extra rush shipping it still didn’t come before Christmas. I emailed once and received no response then got an email that said that they were sorry they missed my email and if I needed help I could send an email…I thought that’s what I had done already? After it was delivered, my son loved it and had a lot of fun for the few hours that it lasted. But it broke within hours of play. 😏

The ball was orderd as a christmas present, with plenty of time to get it delivered, per their website. Needless to say it was not delivered before Christmas, I emailed once with no response and the 2nd response is that it is being delivered today, well after christmas and now useless. Poor customer service, would never order from here again.

The pocky ball is very addictive, and really fun to play with. You can play all sorts of games and competitions with it too. However, in the past year I have had 2 pocky balls. The first one, after a day of use, completely snapped making it unuseable, however since it was so addictive, I eventually got another. Now, after 1day of use, it has also broken off, luckily being fixable. For the amount of money each ball costs, I would expect better quality material used when making. Overall, not a bad toy

Ordered two before Christmas. Got lost in transit, been chasing a response from company and have heard nothing. No refund, no replacement, absolutely nothing!
Disappointing as son had one previously and really enjoyed the product until it broke, so these were meant to be replacements.

Pockyball broke within 24hrs. The retractable lead failed. Emailed customer support and the email bounced back. I was shocked to receive an email this week saying they were available to buy again!

We had exactly the same experience as everybody else on here. My 8 yr old son loved his Pockyball he got for Christmas. Unfortunately it broke after playing with it just a couple of times. The string stopped retracting and extending and was stuck at a length that was impossible for my so to kick. I sent messages through facebook and numerous emails but never got a response. It was as if the company didn't even exist. We eventuslly gave up and forgot all about it. Then, a couple of weeks ago, a new pockyball turned up in the post! We never had any communication from Pockyball to apologise or explain but as my son now has a new pockyball I guess I can say the complaint has been dealt with. It would therefore be unfair to give a 1 star review. Interestingly, the new pockyball has already lasted 3 weeks so perhaps they have improved the design.

Order delivered but within 24 hours the metal clip snapped on the loop of the ball.

The ball broke within a day and no response to emails sent. Overpriced and poor quality.

Further to my review on 16th January I realised that as I had purchased on a credit card I could apply to my credit card company for a charge back. I have done this and received a refund for the ball that doesn't work. It was a short form but a long wait. Definitely worth it to stop the money ending up in the hands of this dishonest company!

Complete waste of money
Purchased one for my son for Christmas and the string jammed within 2 weeks.

If I could give less than one star I would. My son was bought a pocky ball as a gift for Christmas 2022. It broke within a week or so. He went on and on about it for weeks so we eventually bought him a new one. It took a while to come but eventually it did, within a week he bought it up to me and said it was jammed. I pulled the string out and the whole string came away from the ball without any pressure applied or anything.
Messaged company recieved auto email back saying they would be in touch within 24hours.. that was nearly 2 weeks ago.
Scam company

My son played with this product once and the string jammed. I contacted the company the next day (December) and twice since. I received a generic reply that they had received my message and would get back to me within 24 hours - that was 6 weeks ago.

I ordered two of these for my nephews for Christmas, turns out they already had them, so I asked Pockyball to make a return to get a refund. They didn’t get back to me for a month despite numerous emails requesting a refund. Finally they did respond and said I needed to return the items tracked, which I did immediately and sent them follow up proof of delivery. So they have now received the items and STILL haven’t issued a refund. So now they have both the item AND my money. They’re absolute fraudsters. Do not buy from this company.

We bought one for Xmas for our son, it didn’t even last a week, he dropped it on the floor and it shattered! We have emailed and had no response, very disappointing

Very expensive for what it is. Within one day the retract button failed, very poor quality. Do not recommend purchasing this or any other product from this company. They do not respond to any emails.
