What is going on with your website? Wont let me reorder more pods, wont let me continue shopping. It says WITH COMPLANT AS OF MARCH 27TH WE ARE UPDATING OUR WEBSITE. i need to know if i.will be able to get more pods or go somewhere else

I tried making a purchase and after i finished and went through the process of checkout it showed there was a problem (not sure if it was on my end) but when I logged into my bank account it showed I got charged twice and when I logged into my email to see if there was a verification and/or tracking number there was nothing.... I logged back into my account and it shows that there is no orders in my history....... I’m honestly very upset and truly annoyed at the fact I am being charged twice with no tracking or verification to know if my one order I originally made went through or not......

Even in light of our pitiful USPS response time in making deliveries, items do arrive in an acceptable time frame. Plus, it's not PodnMod's fault. It's the management of the postal service.

Got exactly what I needed quickly and at a good price

This company is garbage! I’ve been emailing and calling for over a week about a messed up order and can’t get a response. Ridiculous.

I’m happy with the short amount of wait time for the order.

However, I’m not happy with customer service.

I bought a Relx starter kit and the batty is not working. I emailed customer service for a replacement a couple days ago, and no response.

Great price on the product and it shipped to our house within a few days.

I was expecting to wait like a couple of weeks to receive my pods, but they delivered my products within 3 days right after I have placed my order. What the hack!!! Definitely gonna reorder the pods.

Fake pods

This is the first time I've ordered on this website. Yes they do have authentification code, outside the box. And yes if you type in the authentification code they will say its real. BUT! they don't have the serial number on the box, and the material of the inside box is sooooo much cheaper than real one. The foil inside of the box is also different.

The pod I have before from the authentic website: Serial number is printed on the outside of the box, and authentification QR is on the inside. After you scan it, you can check the Serial Number, Product Code(same product have same code), Product Name, Product Type. They have a stiffer pull out carton made with nicer materials inside and QR code is also inside the box. On the actual pod itself, the print is on the side with the light and is "FEELM"logo on top then QR code on the bottom without any "RELX" print!

The pod I purchase here：There is no Serial number anywhere, authentification QR is printed on the outside of the box; you have to scratch it, revealing the QR code then you have to type it in and they will tell you its real but there is no serial number on the box(or inside the box) to match it to. The pull out carton is also made with easily breakeable flimsy cardboard and the print on the foil is different. The print on the actual pods itself is on the wrong side of the pod, the print is reversed with the QR on top, AND there is an extra "RELX" on the part that would go in your mouth!

In my point of view, podnmod sell the fake relx pods with "real" QR code but FAKE Product.
