Their AI translation is a big lie. Instead of buying the pro version translate your strings with Gemini or ChatGPT and it will be a lot more accurate than their AI translation.

They also do not refund even if you contact them couple of days after the purchase. STAY AWAY!

I purchased Poedit and found out that it had a lot of problems with the translations, I tried to get a refund but the developer wouldn't agree and was rude.

I then tried a translation plugin on wordpress marketplace and it worked fine.

Very rude, helpless customer service. Not recommended for serious companies that care about quality and the tools they use.

I bought Poedit in the hopes that it would make translation work easier, but it was a total letdown. Many translations are inaccurate, the pre-translation is only partially complete, and the system is beset by inconsistencies, such as the mixing of singular and plural forms. The majority of the work had to be done by hand, which negated the whole point of utilizing the software.

I explained the problems and asked for a refund, but I received a rude and patronizing response. Václav accused me of "user mistake," despite the fact that the interface and instructions were not clear. They would not listen to my worries or admit that the program did not live up to my reasonable expectations.

This product falls short of expectations, and the attitude of the support staff makes matters worse. Stay away at all costs!

The worst experience I had working with a software, This software is pure garbage! The developer has no respect to his customers and he limit the amount of words you can translate this is the worst software you can get for this kind of stuff stay away for your own sake! many bugs in the software its broken it will consume your word limit without translating as well and when you'll contact the developer for support he will disrespect you and then ignore you. Big Scam! and garbage!

At the last minute asking for a fee for a program that I am not satisfied with (due to the automatic translation of which I have manually translated maybe 15 words and with which I failed to connect to FTP), the developer accuses me of malice. It's a rude, one-man developer attitude toward product users.
