Fantastic Customer Service !
First time I used Poingdestres, as found something online which I was after and good value...The item arrived quickly and well packaged, but unfortunately had some damage, which did not look as though it was caused with delivery - but probably with the supplier..! I contacted Poingdestres who agreed to order another piece - They kept in contact and managed to source a new part quickly and efficiently...Just the customer service I would hope for - Big shout to Wayne who stayed in touch with the status - Thank You.
