Great customer service and the app is…
Great customer service and the app is so easy to navigate. unfortunately, I made a big mistake. I was up just $600 in couple of weeks so now most bets I can make are $5 to $7. If history is any reference I would have gave it back to them. So looks like if you are up at all you are banned. I would consider that before signing up with them.

I'm enjoying the betting experience but the login experience is poor.
I'm enjoying the betting experience with Pointsbet. However, I'm not enjoying the login experience with my iPhone. I've talked to other and they have the same issue. A friend of mine closed his account with PB because of this. Every time I sign in, it asks if I want to enable Face ID, then, it asks if I want to enable a pin code. I've tried say yes to both, yes to one and not other. No combination works. It's pretty frustrating especially when all other platforms are seamless login experience. Thanks.

First of all I did really like pointsbet with the odd free bet and bonus on a 3 game parlay . But this is not the first time this has happened with this kinda bet . Anyway are u ready for This one . So this morning I put an inplay bet on jon rahm just before he tee off for second round to win the players and 5 minutes later again before he tee off he pulled out through illness . I asked do u think I would put a bet on a non runner horse , kinda same as I put a bet on rahm if I know he would pull out and got no good response . These betting site have a lot to learn and don’t care about anyone or anything except taking money . I think all everyone wants is a fair chance to a bet . That are no paddy power or sky bet that’s have been doing this for ever and know what they are doing

Why I love PointsBet
The free bets also you guys give more prop options such as if a player OU on points is 30 you give the option to pick 25 or 20 which I really like because I may not be confident they can cover the 30 but I do feel confident in the player hitting 25 or 20 points.

Subpar UI / Predatory withdrawal
The app is just bad compared to other sports books. It’s mad slow, and not user friendly. You constantly have to like exit out of stuff and redo everything or completely close the app for accurate info to show. This doesn’t happen on my other betting apps. For how much money people spend on it, you should really focus on making a better product. Withdrawal is ridiculous. 1-3 business days and allow you to cancel the whole time? That’s predatory. Not to mention I tried to deposit through Venmo, so that I could instantly withdraw through there - but the app won’t let me. I think so that I continue to have the ability to cancel. Draftkings, BetMGM, FanDuel, all instant withdrawals. I have consistently been curious about that app and have tried it for promotional offers or just on a random occasion. After my withdrawal hits I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been watching this site cover the players championship and think the site makes it so easy to track everything. The options for betting seem unlimited, I just wish I could catch a break. BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! PointsBet uses Global Payment Check Services for processing payments and withdrawals. They have a lot of communication errors between the two companies resulting in service fees and incorrect deposits/withdrawals. You are at the mercy of these companies if you do business with PointsBet. Just stay away. You will be better off.
