Limited after losing
This company engages in false advertising. They'll let you lose as much as you want, but if you have a winning day or two, even if you're down lifetime on the site, they limit you. Avoid this book like the plague. It's shocking that they were given a license; it should be revoked.

If you win over 1500 they will limit…
If you win over 1500 they will limit you to 20 per bet. They do it quick and if you ask me kind of dumb because they most likely would get their money you won back. Doesn’t matter what sport you bet you will be limited. You ask customer service and they will give you a generic line everything is up to the traders or they won’t respond back. They also reject the bet and change the line on live bets. Seems like that should be illegal

Pointsbet experience
The ease of the app to place bets. The ability to make you own bet and have it priced accordingly if you don't find what you are looking for. While using the app, the ability to leave the app and come back without necessarily having the log back in is nice.

Easy to use app. And the reward program is by far the best of any gambling app bar none. Also way more choices on bets then any other app. Love it.

I dislike how long it takes to receive…
During the superbowl I was credited with a win by an error by pointsbet. I had with drawn the money won and bet a another wager which I won legitimately. Points bet took that money won, and the reminder in my account. That's liking stealing. It was THEIR error, and I written them and received a free bet of a measly $10. It's insulting and I feel they are very untrustworthy. Use fanduel. They don't make mistakes and actually honor the bets you make by paying you when you win. Unlike pointsbet.

If you are winning, expect your free bets to be restricted
If you are winning on this site, your account will be restricted. I made a $2,000 deposit, received $2,000 in free bets, was up $5,000 in four days and had my account restricted to the point I’m unable to use $800 remaining in free bets. Filed a bbb complaint, but not sure anything will come of it. There doesn’t seem to be much in the way of consumer protection from these online sportsbooks, so I encourage you to tread lightly. Oh, and make sure you’re losing money. The more you lose on PointsBet, the better the perks. If you run into someone who is sitting court side in a PointsBet seat, just know that guy loses his ass gambling on this site!!
Updated: 2/15 - I responded to Pointsbet’s generic response encouraging me to contact them so they could “make it right”. You can tell just how genuine they are and how much they truly care with these generic, scripted replies! I received the standard response: “we are simply minions… our wizardly traders who live behind the curtain set all limits and restrictions…”. Also, they didn’t respond to my bbb complaint, as is their apparent policy. They take pride in and wish to uphold their “F” rating by the bbb. I encourage you to do your research when choosing a book. When PointsBet screws you over, you are left with few options other than to engage in legal action, as letters to the bbb and the state attorney general’s office prove to be futile. There are a few reputable sportsbooks out there with quality reputations. This just isn’t one of them.

PointsBet is very good online sports betting good promotions good free bets offer and so many to bet on all sports.
The only issue I have is the withdraw option PointsBet don’t deposit the withdraw into the debit card .
I can use my debit card for deposit but poitsbet don’t deposit my withdraw money to same debit card.
