Always a fab service and immediate turn round

The service was carried out very quickly. My vest was posted back to me the next day, packaged in a new box with a full report on it's condition.

What lovely efficient people.. they were so helpful as we had an old jacket which they took back to refurbish and gave us a huge discount on the replacement and the jackets arrived the next day.. thank you..

Very quick service and looks like new.

The customer service provided by this company is outstanding . I spoke to a lovely lady called Sandra who patiently answered all my questions and guided me through getting the correct size with the help of photos . Nothing was too much bother . The vest arrived and absolutely delighted with it .

Very speedy service. Posted my jacket off on a Wednesday and got it back on Saturday. After its service it looks brand new

Excellent company! I have an air vest which is quite a lot of years old now... it's serviced every year by Point Two and they keep it in great working order and looking clean too! Such an easy process to get it sent off and returned quickly. Thank you!

Fantastic, quick, efficient, reassuring service!

AMAZING COMPANY!!!
If you are at all unsure don’t be. I brought my first jacket from them 2 years ago and have not looked back. The jacket has honestly saved me 3 times so far and well worth the investment. They have a good turn around time for delivery and for when you get the jacket serviced. Staff are friendly and very helpful when I have dealt with them in the past. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Always someone to talk to if you need to and great informative website

Sent my Point Two off for a service. It was returned within the week and looks brand new once again. Very pleased, thank you!

Extremely helpful in answering my queries & really quick turnaround for the vest service.

Sent my vest off for a service. Very fast turn around and come back beautifully clean was very grubby when I sent it off.

Amazing service and support. Sent my jacket for its first annual service and also a shell swap. Very quick turnaround - only a couple of days from receipt by them so I wasn’t left without the jacket for long.
Their passion for the product is second to none.

Extremely fast efficient service

Fantastic service, from the first phone call to the returned "sparkling" jacket, everything about this was effortless and with super quick turnaround a bonus. Thank you!
