Terrific guy, great service.
Simon/PokeFamilyTCG has been great to me, whether it was buying product from him, talking about the hobby or helping me with my endeavours surrounding Pokemon. His knowledge and passion for the hobby shows through his enthusiastic approach to his customers (and even his own children).
Bought a Terastal Festival booster box from him and pulled an Umbreon SAR, which ended up becoming the first Ace 10! He was incredibly happy with my pull and even posted on the companies social media multiple times to celebrate such a feat, so I can only thank Simon for his resourcefulness, helpfulness and his overall positive and kind approach to all those in the hobby!
