Brought a Polaroid tv for Christmas. At first the tv was brilliant but now always disconnects from the wifi, never loads anything, half of my channels always disappear and usually always buffers. Would not recommend.

Worst customer services ever! Bought a pair of their sunglasses and the first time I used a silk to clean the lens most of the polarisation came off. Reached out tonpoleroid and they told me to go back to the seller. I was told it was my fault, so bought another pair of identical glasses and the same exact thing happened.. they must be aware they have knowingly sold glasses at £50+ that are not 'fit for purpose', but they do not care.

Ordered a Bluetooth Printer to be shipped to my business address but instead was delivered to DHL collection point. Their customer service agents were dismissive and extremely unhelpful.

Bought very nice looking sunglasses, however after a few weeks of usage the glass coloring went off and the glasses look bad.
Therefore nice look but bad quality.
Also customer service is not good.

As the package did not arrive at mine due to DHL Germany not giving me any delivery notice, the polaroid customer service was a great help and gave me an overall very good experience! Will recommend

I’m in the EU and bought from Polaroid EU. They’ve charged me €15 for shipping, which I find surprisingly expensive compared to other e-commerce’s, but that’s ok because it was a gift to someone especial.

What’s not acceptable is that they ship it to DHL with the lowest priority possible and it takes more than a week to arrive, even tho they charge this absurdly high shipping fee.

Support says it work 9-5 on weekdays but won’t even bother to answer your requests, it just another open ticket on their helpdesk system.

Don’t bother buying in here, they charge as a premium brand but won’t answer if you have a problem.

Definitely not recommend to anyone!

Bought a Polaroid tv for my daughter less than a year ago pictures gone can only hear sound.I can't find my receipt so think im stuck with a broken tv my daughter is devastated.Don't think asda will do anything without a receipt

I knoe this is diffrent but i bought polaroid batterys for a lantern and sat in my room one day and herd this small bang and batterys exploded pls becareful and do not purches as theres potassium hydroxide and can harm skin

Bought a Polaroid printer from UK.polaroid.com. Wished I’d just used Amazon and not gone direct. Firstly they are in Holland, so when trying to return it had to pay over £20 in postage, especially when the site is a UK address.

Now, 5 weeks after returning it, I have no refund. Emails have been ignored, the phone number they ask you to ring goes straight to voicemail and no-one returns messages.

Avoid this company unless you too want to waste time chasing. I’m taking this up with my credit card company now, and failing that the ombusman. I’m amazed they are allowed to trade like this.

free delivery, no additional fees
A courier comes with a parcel and says that I have to pay 42 pounds, because as it turned out, no English side but the parcel was sent from the Netherlands and I have to pay customs
There was no information when ordering about additional charges
Of course, I did not accept the parcel because it was cheating the client
I've been fighting for my money back for a month anyway
Polaroid client service is the worst chaos and incompetence

My tv is 18 months old an this morning it's stopped working an only had 1 year manufacturers warranty. Won't b wasting my money on another one that's for sure time to buy a Samsung I think

bought a zink polaroid printer. zink paper is relatively pricey for its quality. the printer is harder to nagivate compare to the fujifilm one. it takes lots of time before you can print a picture. quality of photo is MEH. as well

This was coming from Netherlands. Polaroid UK means UK right ?? After emailing them god knows how many times, just an email back saying nothing we can do !!!. This was ordered on 6th January and still no sign of delivery even though courier emails every day to say out for delivery but nothing. Polaroid needs to up their game and be more clear on their website re duties. Really bad service and would never order from them again

VERY POOR - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I am very annoyed because this website is specifically titled Polaroid UK and they do not make it clear at all that the items are coming from the Netherlands. This could be seen as intentionally misleading, they only mention this in one of the help pages - not on the product pages or at checkout at any stage. I received a very heavy (31.5%) import fee invoice which I was not expecting. I would never have ordered from them had they made it clear it was from outside of the UK.

I received an email stating there is a problem with my delivery (was due today) with no actual information, just passing the responsibility to me, telling me to contact the courier and sort it out.

I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience so far and have not even received the item yet. At every stage they have let me down.

I do not like leaving negative reviews but felt I had to warn people about this company - from my experience I would advise never ordering from them.

I have contacted them to give them the chance to explain and resolve the issues but I do not have high hopes. I will change my review if and when actions are taken.

After buying appliance, found assembly difficult. Screws ill fitting in the base of stand. Forced it together anyway. Now two days later. TV constantly searching for an internet connection to view Freeview TV. Not got the internet. Worst appliance ever purchased in over 50 years!

On the evening of the 15th, I ordered a full bundle - camera and film - spent £180. Opted for "DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE" for a shipping time of 1-3 days as promised on your site. Latest it would have been due was the 19th.

On the evening of the 20th, I wrote to Polaroid asking where it was. I had till then received zero communication, no explanation, nothing. I then immediately asked for an explanation and cancellation/refund. I have yet to receive the explanation - not even an automated email to address.

Polaroid didn't apologise for it's miss, didn't take responsibility for them and didn't resolve to improve.

I purchased a Lomo Camera on the 21st - it was shipped from Vienna and arrived on the 23rd in the UK on my doorstep for no extra charge.

Coming here to leave a review, it seems I'm not the only one who almost had Christmas disrupted. My only saving grace was questioning my trust in them as early as I did.

Ordered my Polaroid over a week ago. Still not sign of shipment despite the website stating it would be delivered within 2-days. Support impossible to contact. You only have the option to email and no one responds.

Really poor customer service.

Would definitely not recommend buying from Polaroid. I bought a camera last week and paid an extra €17 for next day shipping. They said I would receive an email with a tracking number. 4 days later no sign of the product or tracker email after paying for next day shipping. I then cancelled my order and they told me it would take another 5 working days to process the refund. Shocking service.

I made the mistake of buying a large multipack of Polaroid batteries as they were a very reasonable price. What could go wrong a battery is a battery right? Wrong. These have so little power in them I am using about 10 to 1 by comparison to other makes. I have actually spent more than if I had bought the most expensive brand as I have to change them constantly. I thought by selecting a "household" name like Polaroid I would get something decent. More fool me. Never again,
