Police Security Flashlights Avaliações

I bought one of these flashlights a couple of weeks ago and it was fantastic and then I lost it the other day and so I had to buy another one which is even more fantastic. How fantastic is that. The thing about entertainment it is entertaining

I love this flashlight as I have been using it for over a year now. The only thing that I do not like about it is that it gets really hot very quickly. I have to use it mostly early in the morning so I need to use it on the brightest setting. If this can get fixed this would be the best flashlight!!!!!

Awesome Customer Service! Delivered in promised time frame.

The quality and availability for my products ordered and how fast 💨 it will be delivered

Nice product and ships quick

Very pleased with the flashlights. I've come back to order a second time. Extremely bright, wide range and the throw is decent too. It's become the go to light the family reaches for here on the farm.

Finding the part I needed

had what i needed and check out was too simple.

Ordered flash light batteries. Product came quick, worked great!

It all revolved around a Lady called Lauren in customers services. I told her about a situation I was having with one of my Police Security flashlights and she replied back with suggestions on how to correct the issue.
It did not work and I notified Lauren. She again replied almost Immediately which surprised me, she was very helpful and polite as we exchanged emails.
This lady ( Lauren ) knew (As I told her) that I had 2 Police Security lights that had been flawless and I loved the one that was not working. I asked her if she had any like the one I sent a photo of to her in the back room collecting dust.
To my surprise she emailed me back asking me for my address, I sent her that information, within 3 / 4 days I had 3 new flashlights arrive at my address.
Lauren went to the extreme to make sure I was set with new products. I can not Thank LAUREN enough.
As of today I just purchased the Skylar 3300, 1) because the product stands up to time, 2) it’s been a long time since I have received that type of customer service, 3) the cost is right in line for the type of product you get from Police Security and last but not least, Lauren.
With Lauren’s smile coming through our communications via email, I just got a feeling about Lauren, my opinion is just my own opinion, hold onto this customer service rep (Lauren) as she was not only helpful but, sincere, understanding, and just brings a smile to your face even if it was through email it still made and impact on me. Lauren is going to go far in life. Well done Lauren

They had what I needed and it was easy to navigate the site.

I incorrectly ordered the wrong batteries for a flashlight and an employee in customer service immediately responded to my situation by mailing an address label to return the items for a refund. I was very impressed with her response time and professionalism.

It came in good time, is well made and works well.
