Heidi looked after us very well and spent a lot of time ensuring we got exactly the cruise and cabins we wanted.
We usually deal with Josh who is also excellent - he was on holiday this week.
I don’t think there was anything mire Heidi could have done.

We called in to our local shop with a general enquiry. Heidi was extremely friendly, helpful and informative, she gave us plenty of information on the destination we had enquired about, spent time finding what we wanted with a choice of hotels, dates and resorts. There was no pressure to buy and she seemed more than happy to search further options if needed. We were impressed with her knowledge and all the information she provided.

Very good service.

Josh was as helpful as always. He quickly got me a price for a specific trip and offered various options during the booking process. I completely trust his guidance when booking. A very quick process and confidence everything is booked as requested.
