Polka Dot Travel - Longton Avaliações

It wasn't a straightforward booking, it was to add me onto an existing booking. This was done with the minimum disruption and with professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble, she even booked the seat on the plane with my group.

Very quick & professional thanks Donna 👏 👌

The lady was very helpful and excellent. We booked the holiday we wanted and she explained everything about it and a big thank you for all your help

Donna was very friendly and helpful. She was very polite and made sure we had everything sorted before we left.Would definitely recommend.

I've been using Polka Dot travel for a few years .Excellent service all my tickets printed off in store stress free and professional can't fault it .

We had a really positive experience with Donna our travel agent yesterday. She was friendly, helpful and took the time to listen to what we were looking for. We felt well looked after and came away feeling confident and excited about our holiday. Would definitely recommend!

So quick and easy, Adele was brilliant thank you

Love your company reason I book 2 holidays per yr and always come back

Great service found the holiday we wanted

Me and a friend both booked a cruise to Hawaii over 12 months ago.
Since then there have been various flight changes and small itinerary changes.
We have also added on a couple of nights in San Francisco with a couple of tours/trips whilst there.
All through the process, Tara has kept us informed by all formats, phone/email/messages, keeping us updated.
Nothing is ever too much trouble.
She is a quality asset to the busy shop. Always with a friendly smile and in hand to sort out any issues that invariably arise.
Tara is a star.

Booked a future cruise onboard P&O ship Arvia, I always have it transferred to the girls (Donna&Tara)in the Longton, Stoke-on-Trent branch because if there are ever any problems, I have always had excellent results within branch, the girls are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with my holiday requests, they do all my immigration, check in and paperwork within the shop. I have booked quite a few holidays (to many to count) with Tara and Donna and would not dream of using anyone else. They are a credit to Polka Dot and my wife and I are , and always will be grateful for the service they provide. Also all the girls in the Longton branch are pleasant and helpful .
Thanks again girls

As always great service from the girls. We usually have Tara to book our holidays, three or four a year but as she wasn't in the office yesterday Erin sorted our booking just as efficiently. The ladies are always welcoming and we've always had great service, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you.
