Would give them less than a 1 star if possible. It’s a scam, ordered a jacket on April 2023, multiple emails and always the same answer. These people are thieves and nothing less.

I ordered for 2 polo shirt since February and it has different stories everytime i request for a refund. It's been over 6 months and no product has been received or refund made.

This company is definitely a group of fraudsters

I bought 2 jackets and paid via PayPal. After 2 weeks I had no shipping info. I contacted Pollogie customer support to ask for an update. After 3 days they responded with some lame excuse about the factory checking for available stock. I smelt a rat and raised a claim with PayPal. I got a refund from PayPal about a week later. These companies shouldn’t be allowed to take your money for items that are not in stock. Avoid Pollogie at all costs !

Fake store, I received my item after 4 months and returned it immediately asking for a refund. This was 6 months ago and have never received my money. They keep replying it will happen "next week"...

Same as everyone else. Bought a jacket 2 months ago, nothing... Same copied and pasted email everyone else gets. Sorry but we have issues with packaging, How about 10% off your next purchase or store credit? Then they ignore you. Glad I used PayPal! Just got my full refund from them.

THE POLLOGIE BUSINESS MODEL:
1. Take your money
2. Delay your order indefinitely
3. Promise you a 10% refund for your wait (refund never appears)
4. Send you a knock-off product from a Chinese factory, which is 100% NOT what they display on the website, but looks vaguely similar, except with all the details altered
5. Tell you you can get a full refund if you ship it back with tracking
6. Ghost you indefinitely until you give up

Just like everyone else is saying, I waited for two months and still nothing. I emailed customer service and they said it hadn't even been packaged yet. Do not buy from this company!

I’m going on a month now since my order. Looks like my experience will be the same as these reviews reflect. The cust service line does not work and no response to emails. Like so many, wish I would have checked the reviews first. Ugh

this website should be taken off of the internet, it’s nothing but a scam, if you order anything don’t expect to get it.

Its a total SCAM, Its been 3 months I havent recived my product. I tried to contact them but only once they responded and said that they are working on the order a month ago...ridiculous... no one should purchase any thing from them...

never have i received such pour quality clothes as i did just now. i thing like the pictures, i wish i had read a review before buying. terrible service, worse quality. NEVER NEVER EVER buy from this website- absolute scam

SCAM! Lost all my money

I ordered a sweater for my holiday office party a week ahead of time. Never got it. I get in touch with them, and they say they had an inventory issue, that they will now send the item to me ASAP. Shortly after that, they give me a gift card for the amount that I had spent. I thought it was a gesture of good faith, and I used it to buy some slightly more expensive jeans. I didn’t get anything after almost two weeks. I reached out again and I am told to wait until the next week to get an updated tracking number. That’s when I knew this whole Pollogie thing was a scam. I reached out for the second time asking for a refund since I never got the tracking info, and the response I get two days later is not even from them. It seems to be from their server saying:” Our system has detected an unusual rate of unsolicited mail originating from your IP address. To protect our users from spam, mail sent from your IP address has been
temporarily rate limited.”. They are now blocking me from asking for anything! I hope I’ve given you enough evidence to stay away from that website or IG account forever. They should be shut down.

I bought a jacket from Pollogie and after a fee weeks I hadn't received any information about when it would be delivered, when I contacted them they told me it hadn't even left their factory yet and they would contact me when it did.I thought this is a bit of a cowboy operation so I asked for a refund but they said I can't get a refund because the item is in transit even though the day before they said it hasn't left factory.I had to get onto ParPal then a raise a dispute with them to try and get it sorted.Absolute joke of a company and won't be ordering anything else from them again!!

SCAM !!

Ordered a sweater ($60) mid October 2022.
I tried to contact them, no reply.
No way to track my order, and no way to get hold of anyone to talk to.

I then checked Trust Pilot.
Like many before me in the comments: wish I'd checked them before placing the order.

STAY AWAY !!

After several attempts on contacting the company (starting with the first week of January) with no result, I finally received an email from them a few days ago, saying they were sorry for the inconvenience, and that they had some issues with the shipping company and they will re-send the item, plus offered a promo code for future purchases.
I opted for a refund instead, and after a couple of days I did see the balance back on my bank account.

Apparently they are not scammers, but just bad at managing logistics.

Over 2 months and nothing. They said they were expediting my order after 1 month and now they don't respond to requests for refund.

This company is a scam. My husband ordered a jacket 6 weeks ago and nothing. Emails, instagram messages - no response. Luckily he used his Amex.

Notice the dates of the positive reviews and negative reviews. Seems clear that they tried to build some legitimacy in 2021 but almost every review in 2022 is negative. Classic scammer move.
