We started to manage our student dorm over PollUnit.
PollUnit helped us increasing the engagement between the inhabitants by active participation on polls.
For example (democratic) voting allows us to find out what activities are prefered, what movie we could watch on a movie night, which meal is prefered for a cooking event,... and so.
Furthermore PollUnit allows us to collect feedback over the Surveys" function and over "Ideas" we collect suggestions for improvement from inhabitants (like a digital suggestion box).
Now we get a better idea about the general sentiment.
The tool is easy to use with a lean user interface and flexibel at the same time.
Also we had a great experience with the support, they are super friendly and helpful!
To sum it up: We love to use PollUnit :-)

This team can only be praised. The support is extremely fast, friendly and patient.
In addition, many feature requests were implemented to meet our requirements. Simply great and absolutely recommended!

Very flexible polling solution, used in different contexts. Excellent support, very responsive.

We've been successfully using PollUnit for 3 years at my company to conduct weighted preference voting with policy makers in order to inform HIV program decisions in southern African countries. The polls are easy to create with ample customization, the interface is easy to use for voters, the results are easy to tabulate using Excel or other options, and the PollUnit customer service is responsive and helpful.

I just made a questionnaire for the feature roadmap of the product Webgate.io. It is just awesome how many options one has. The usability is great to create, edit and change planned questionnaires. The results are shown in a very clear way. I love the new freature to rank answers, so I can get a clear overview what customers want to see next as upcoming feature. Thumbs up!

We were doing a one time photo contest for our non-profit and being able to purchase a one time monthly subscription was a big plus. The formatting is super easy to use from setting up to ease of use for participation. Would highly recommend!

PollUnit ist super, um bei größeren Gruppen Abstimmungen durchzuführen. Die Bedingung ist einfach und intuitiv, sodass in kürzester Zeit Umfragen aller Art erstellt werden können. Wir nutzen PollUnit regelmäßig in unserem Verein und haben bisher nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Wir können das Tool daher nur weiterempfehlen!

As a charity organisation, this has been a really affordable and easy to use tool. We use it every year for an annual competition for our staff and followers - and it's allowed us to create an experience that is visually great but also easy to coordinate in the back. The support team are quick and super helpful.

EXCELLENT customer support. I had a question about something I didn't understand on voting and sent an email to support. Markus got back to me in just over an hour to explain it. Excellent app and even better support!

The best thing about PollUnit is the incredible support. Here is a company that actually listens to their customers and makes changes as required.
We run a free site for photo competitions and our members love the high resolution of the images displayed and the ease of voting. This site has my highest recommendation.

Wir haben einen Fotowettbewerb gemacht. Die Eingabe und Einstellungen sind sehr einfach, mit den Einladungen war es erst etwas schwierig, der Support hat aber sehr gut und innerhalb von ein paar Stunden geholfen.
Beim Download der Auswertung bekommt man momentan nur Tabellen, hier wäre es schön, die Auswertung zu bekommen, die auch im Browser angezeigt wird. Aber auch hier hat Pollunit meine Vorschläge schon auf die to-do Liste genommen. Prima und weiter so.

Das mag ich:
- Terminfindung, bei der die Abstimmenden selbst neue Zeitvorschläge machen können
- ich nutze es vor allem auch für automatisierte Mini-Umfragen, diese kann ich im Design meiner Firma anpassen und die Fragen können schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet werden

Das könnte besser sein:
- manchmal finde ich die Usability etwas verwirrend, aber der Support hat mir noch jedes Mal weiter helfen können

Übersichtlich, sehr viele Funktionen, man kann alles nötige mit einem kostenlosen Account erstellen. Dazu ein hammerschneller und sehr guter Support, der auch auf Ideen und Anregungen eingeht. Das Design lässt sich auch anpassen, hatte schon viele Wow-Effekte im Bekanntenkreis :)
Kenne keine bessere Option für Umfragen, Fotowettbewerbe usw, vor allem, wenn einem auch schnelle Seitenladezeiten wichtig sind!

Tolles Design und super flexibel! Nutze PollUnit privat und beruflich - ist für meine Zwecke immer die richtige und schönste Lösung!
