I really just want to purchase glasses and not see all the ads

Ordering was easy, price pretty good, now to test them when I get them

After multiple calls and emails “minutes after my order was placed”, no help was being given by customer service agents after promising it would be corrected. My order was duplicated due to untimely posting and billing charges to my account. BUT AFTER RECEIVING AND BEING BILLED FOR DUPLICATE ORDERS, I called customer service agent Barbara, (who was very helpful) and she informed me that the situation would be corrected to my satisfaction. She supplied me with a reference number and at this time I am waiting to see if this is true.

I returned a pair of yellow plastic spectacles I paid £70 for as they did not help at all.
I had great difficulty trying to obtain a refund. Eventually they returned some of the money but not all. I conacted them again and they now ignoring me.
EDIT - 5/3/26 this company finally refunded me the full amount. Great stuff

The products descriptions were clearly defined and written to make it an easy decision making process .

I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income with trouble seeing at night. The glasses advertised were well rated so I ordered a pair. I got confused on their website and I ended up ordering four pairs I didn't want four pairs. I immediately emailed the folks explain to him the situation I sent them two emails. They immediately got back to me. I sent them another email explaining my situation or what I needed done to help. They immediately responded to those emails we fixed my problem and made me whole. I cannot say enough about the customer service these people afforded me. I always go by The Motto that it's not the mistakes that are made it's a solutions that count. These folks offered best Solutions. I'm very happy and I will do business with them again.

Leider bietet mir Viktor und andere hilfe an, geben mir aber die Adresse nicht. / I

During original purchase I was directed (FORCED) into additional items. I have been trying to reconcile this & return to items, As of yet after about 6 emails I still haven't been directed to the reurn item process.
