My first purchase with Poly & Bark and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The bench is beautifully made with solid wood construction and feels incredibly sturdy and well-built. The olive green tufted seat is absolutely gorgeous—the color is rich and elegant, and it adds the perfect pop of warmth to my living room. It’s one of those pieces that’s both functional and beautiful. The quality exceeded my expectations, especially at this price point. It looks far more expensive than it was, making it an exceptional value. I would definitely buy from Poly & Bark again

Delivery was good and the sectional was great for a few months; however, in less than a year, the seat cushions have significantly deteriorated and the back cushions need constant fluffed, repositioned, or traded out. I have no kids, and a dog that prefers the floor. I reached out to their customer service to ask if I could even pay to replace the current sofa cushion, and I did not receive a response. I'm more than disappointed in this almost 3k purchase.

I purchased an extendable round dining table and two chairs from Poly and Bark and was extremely pleased with product quality and the purchase process.
My items arrived in 2 weeks and were packaged well. I didn’t have to wait 4 months like other retailers.
Very happy with table and perfect size for my husband and I. Plus I can extend when entertaining. The leaf is stored inside base which is smart design.

I ordered the Napa couch and I love it. Very well constructed. The fabric says velvet, but it seems much more durable and less prone to picking up lint than traditional velvet.

Highly recommend staying away from this company! The company is a complete shitshow and the customer service is horrific.

My supposedly in-stock sofa finally showed up after 3 full months of repeated delays and blatant lies, however, the delivery service left all the packaging on the sidewalk in front of my house, despite having checked in about this ahead of time.

The delivery driver was very kind but had his hands tied by the contract- he said he’d be happy to come back to pick it up, though the delivery company said they could only default to Poly & Bark’s contract.

When I called Poly & Bark, the customer service representative said she was unable to help me and she would email her boss who would be back in the office in three days. I clarified that a blocked sidewalk for 3 days was not an option, and after pleading for a solution, she finally transferred me to a delivery associate, who clarified that while she could take my $50 bucks to ask for a pickup a week from now, she would much prefer to argue about the semantics of the email I sent ahead of time asking about these details.

I’m not sure I’ve ever been so frustrated by a company. No couch could be worth being dicked around with such distain.

We were very disappointed with the bar stools. The back legs splay out, causing people to trip as they walk past. The paint has chipped on one bar stool, even though we have not had them very long...the paint finish is not a good finish.

I ordered four oak and tan leather dining chairs for a vintage circular oak claw-foot table I owned. The chairs are magnificent and far exceeded my expectations! They have a slightly curved padded back that compliments the round table and yet they have a sleek, modern design. They are so well constructed and very, very comfortable! I highly recommend Poly & Bark!

I'm a few months into using my Poly & Bark leather couch and am pleased with the feel of the cushions, the overall appearance of the couch, and the quality of the leather. Great couch for the price.

I’m very happy with my purchase of Napa 82”leather sofa. The quality and design is excellent. The customer service & delivery was very good.

Absolutely love my black Enzo dining chair. It’s been over a month and half using it that I can’t wait to get a second chair. I’m really impressed with Poly & Bark. Their Enzo chair has great design, build quality and easy assembly. It’s the perfect addition to my dining room. Oh the fast shipping with no issues couldn’t be beat.

I got the Lucerne sofa in blue. I do love the couch, it's beautiful and comfortable. I waited six weeks for it because it was out of stock. The delivery guys were great. My main issue was dealing with P&B customer service. The couch arrived with 3 small but obvious white marks on it. I contacted them that day for a partial refund, providing photos, and entered into a long, overly-complicated process. It included an inspector coming to my home weeks later. He fixed two of them (they were white paint turns out) but couldn't fix the final one that was a tear. I followed up with P&B only to be told that he didn't tell them about the tear?? I could have pursued it further but I gave up. I would have been happy just to get like $100 back. All in all, I love the couch, but for $2k I expected no issues with it and better service.

I ordered the Milo Sleeper Sectional in Sagano Green, perfection! I love this sectional, it’s spacious, comfortable to sit and sleep and is the perfect shade of green for my space. I hope it stands the test of time. So glad I got the white glove service as it is very heavy!
I also ordered the Petal Lounge Chair in Ganache Brown, beautiful color but I found the chair too small next to the sectional and overall. I have ordered another that is more similar in scale and I hope will fill the space. I hope to receive it soon!

I've made 2 purchases from Poly & Bark (lounge chair, large ottoman), and been very happy with both -- no complaints. This furniture is higher quality than that found in the local stores that costs more (nice leather, sturdy, stain applied evenly, etc). Delivery was quick, well packaged, all good things. I look at Poly & Bark first when I need new furniture, especially soft seating.

Leather sofa came on time, delivery men were professional, assembly was easy. Sofa is semi-firm and comfortable to rest on, durable. Great value for price

We love the ottoman! Beautiful leather and color. It’s perfect for our living room. But what’s even better is it came in this great box! It’s super thick and double lined cardboard so we use it as an outdoor playpen for our baby. He loves it. Plays in it for hours. Thanks for the extra item!
