Very poor customer service and job…
Very poor customer service and job given to them November 2023 job completed August 2024 and few weeks later job they done on my large balcony but there is a lots of long cracks on the floor I asked them to come to check it they won’t even bother to send anyone 😡Please check google reviews you can see all the pictures about disgusting job completed by Polycote company 😤They saying they contacted me to sort this out but lying again they wouldn’t even bother to reply my email 🤔 Also they saying their builder visited the property and agreed to repair the area is damaged another lie he visited my property on 6th of December 2024 I wasn’t there when I called him to discuss about what is going to happen he didn’t answer my call then I received text messages””””” Give me 10 min and I will call”””””” it’s been week since no call or reply to my messages 😡

Customer service was an Appalling !!!!!!!
I bought products from this company November 2023 and their own “specialist” to compete the job took 9 months then the job completed July 2024 when I visit my property September 2024 all I could see lots of thin and long cracks like 60cm long most of them call the company asked them to send someone to check it they said nothing to worry about it’s normal month later most of them paint start to bubble up and water leaking inside the property I called to company to resolve this problem they told me to remove my reviews before they can discuss about the problem but I refuse to remove the reviews till this sort it out looks like it we will sort this out in the court !!!!!!! I wish I can upload the pictures here but no option to upload photos here but any one interested to have product from this company please check all the pictures I uploaded on Polycote google page reviews I recently uploaded over 40 pictures which people can see it before involving with this company!!!!!

As we explained previously, we did not make a site visit because the detailed photos you provided gave us sufficient information to assess the situation remotely.
The approved installer is still happy to visit your property to carry out any necessary repairs as we previously agreed. Our request for you to remove the reviews was not an attempt to avoid resolving the problem but to ensure that any public feedback reflects an accurate account of the situation. Your Google review included personal images, and we felt it was important to address the matter constructively without the distraction of ongoing reviews.
We believe in resolving issues fairly and collaboratively. Using multiple names to post similar reviews across different platforms makes it challenging for us to address your concerns effectively.

Five stars for the Haribo!!!
Forget the waterproofer - five stars for the Haribo Giant Strawberries alone!!!
Good efficient service - very good communication (I had an e mail from the sales department to say they had done their best to get it despatched same day but that unfortunately the courier had been and gone when I ordered) Arrived on time, well packed and with aforementioned sweeties as a bonus. I can't vouch for the waterproofer as I only sprayed it onto the stonework on Friday, but fingers crossed it is as good as other reviews say it is.

However, the advisors/robot kept leaving their desks, so questions were not answered fully. It took them a long time to answer.

excellant advice
Having had many trades men come in to repair industrial guttering leak. Each time the leak got worse.
Polycote was recommended by another sealant supplier. Polycote recommend wetterflex. We have now applied it in the wet weather and for the first time in years we have a dry factory floor

What a great service from polycote
What a great service from polycote. Easy advice and guidance from their website enabling me to make the right choice to seal a flat roof on our nursery building. The product was easy to apply after making sure it was well stirred.
I’ll be back for more as there is another roof that needs attention.

Cretex EP mortar used to level a 3 sq metre depression in a balcony.
I have got the balcony level with the Cretex EP but haven’t yet coated it with the Aquadec. With the change in weather pattern it might be while before I can coat it. However the Cretex EP has done a great job. It was harder to spread and level than I expected. I am used to plastering but this was a different game altogether. In the end I spread the EP Mortar with a 7inch trowel and that worked well, and I was able to feather the mortar off at the edges. The EP mortar had good adhesion so I am not expecting any problems with it lifting around the edges.
It would have been impossible to get a good smooth finish without the solvent so I am pleased that I added that to my order. I am not able to say any more than that at this stage as I am not yet able to finish the job with the Aquadec because of bad weather.
When I deciding how best to tackle this job I contacted Polycote and was very impressed with the quality of the advice given.

Not Recommended
Appreciate it that they accepted the job according to my dates but recommend installer (Penthouse Flooring) let me down very badly. Flooring was not done professionally and still waiting for installer to do coving and fix the flooring.

Very Helpful & Great Product.
My customer was looking to revive an old tarmac driveway, as usual great advice was givenover the phone on the product needed. The drive coat product was great to use and in my opinion its more than just a paint, its a coating. Drive look brand new and customer is happy!!

Placing an order online is easy and with the confirmation and updates arriving so efficiently this is a very quick and seamless process. Delivery from my experience is usually within 24hrs it can even be sameday and you do receive delivery confirmation which is very handy. A great company to purchase from.

Exceptional Customer Service
Polycote was recommended to me by a friend and it met all of my expectations. Rhys was exceptional, in respect of his customer service, and despite my making several calls and asking numerous questions (I am not a professional builder), he remained patient and personable throughout our exchanges. He also went the extra mile by researching some photos for me and talking to my builder at length about what was required. He was a credit to Polycote.

Applied two coats of Flortex Professional over two coats of WD Primer in a busy drive-in hire studio. Really amazing product! Painted over a year ago and still looks great and very easy to maintain.
