Never again, this was a lesson learned. I emailed the company after learning that my shirt was coming from China that our sizes differ and I wanted Big and Tall. I don't care if the sizes go up to 8X i need to make sure that my 4X is a proper fit. Sure enough it came cheaply made and tailored for a Short and Big person (NOT) A Big and Tall Man

Bought a $70 jacket, for the price I was expecting it would be a decent jacket but material was too thin and the prints are so cheaply made. Took almost a month to arrive. I should have read checked the reviews first before buying. Please dont buy from them.

Ordered seat cover worth $90+. Didn’t know that it will be coming from China. Waited a for a long time for the item to arrive ( almost a month). The seat cover is cheap. Not worth $90+. Did not bother to return because I know they will ask me to pay for the return fee to China. Do not order anything from this company.

They charge for merchandise not shipped! Scammy business!

This company is awful. The shirts I received were the worst most uncomfortable and cheap fabric I have ever seen. When you ask to return unworn items with tags in place, they refuse all returns. These items shipped from China even though the company states they have a US address. All email responses come at 1:30am which is clearly coming from China. I will be pursuing a dispute with my credit card company. Do not purchase from this company.

I ordered a tie on February 29th 2024. I wanted to use it for my destination wedding in Hawaii that’s in a week from today. So it’s almost been a month never received my product. I never received a confirmation number or even an email. I was charged on my credit card. So I pretty much got scammed out of 50 dollars. I reached out multiple times to the company. I received one email and I replied and am still waiting days for another response. I just want my money back.

Paid extra for expedited shipping. Took about 3 weeks to come and only received half my order. IT CAME FROM CHINA!! Still waiting for the other half.

Here is the bottom line, their products are not cheap, you pay A LOT of money to receive "WISH" quality products.
Their pictures are misleading. I'm highly disappointed and am dreading to see what the other half of my order is going to look like.

UPDATE:
When the other half of my order came, it came from CA. It was still 4 weeks since I originally ordered. (Expedited shipping DON'T DO IT) The quality of the shorts I ordered for my husband was "ok" at best. Still I'm kicking myself in the butt for the amount I spent, to be played by the quality.

I ordered a shirt for my husband a dress for me and my daughter and it was nothing like the pictures. The cut of the design of the fabric was off or the print I ordered is not what we recieved. It took a month to get here for our special occasion just ruined being none of us will be wearing the outfits. Now we will have to see how long it will take for them to respond to my request for a refund and where they would like me to ship this back to.

I placed my order on December 4th and received my package on the 29th with expedite shipping. I thought I was supporting a Poly business here in the U.S but that was very misleading. Address on their site is listed in the U.S but my item came from China. I ordered the Toa Samoa sweater and the blue looks nothing like the pictures. The quality of the sweater could've been better.

Should get a negative star rating. Not only was your advertising misleading, as in I thought I was getting a turtle seascape comforter w matching pillow cases, but what I received was a flimsy piece of fabric with only flowers ... no Turtles... totally ruined my gift to someone special who loves sea turtles... for 100 bucks i received misery...

I ordered my Christmas gift items December 4th and added expedited shipping. The time listed on the website for receiving the package was before Christmas. It is now December 24th with no packages in sight. I've looked at the DHL tracking number each day and it still says that the shipment information was received but nothing has even been sent. In contacting customer service, I've been told to not worry and don't be concerned, they were going to contact the factory to have my order expedited. I had no idea when I made the original purchase that their factory is in China. They did refund my express shipping cost, which was appreciated, but now they say I could receive my package 2 weeks from now, which would be 5 weeks since my original purchase, if I actually do receive it by then. If anyone does order from this company, give yourself 2 months in order to receive your items in time for anything. I don't even have the products yet so I can't say anything about the quality.

These people are very bad sellers with long wait times for delivery and constant excuses.

Once this company has your money there is no chance of a refund unless you pursue thru the courts
My experience is as follows:
I made an online purchace on 02 August to be sent to Australia.
It's now 22 August and after paying express delivery there is still no order.
Ive contacted this company many times requesting a full refund due to the slowness in couriering my order.
I was given a DHL tracking number but on phoning DHL I was told my order had not yet been collected from the company and had been sitting for two weeks awaiting collection
I have made my final email allowing 24 hours to see movement on the DHL tracking website or I will begin legal proceedings against this scam outlet.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTLET unless you want unjustified stress and many hours of email tooing and frooing.

Items did not fit. I wear a 1xl and I ordered a 3xl and it still didn't fit me. They are not made for Polynesian size people they are made more for small build people. It is Chinese sizes and not USA SIZE CHARTS.

Good quality product , Polynesian print is very serious for delay and shipping .
I make over order with confiance.

Terrible experience..... Order Was late never order anymore

Took several mos to show up which is absolutely ridiculous! By the time it showed up i had forgotten all about it and had to get my bf another bday present! At 1 point i did email cust service and got a rude message back. Wont be doing business again

This product is made in Vietnam and it took a long time for delivery. It was to be a present for my wife and she did not like the fit or the material. I tried to return the blouse and was told I could send it back to Vietnam with Tracking at my expense to their factory, wait for an inspection and approval that the blouse was not "Damaged" in any way and then get a Refund minus Stocking Charges I have never had a problem returning a "New Unworn Item' in my life with any kind of product. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
They wanted me to measure the blouse width and length and stated that if not the right size i had the option to order another size. Size was never the issue---my wife did not like it---PLAIN AND SIMPLE. THE OTHER OFFER THEY MADE WAS TO REFUND 40% of PRICE. THAT IS RIDICULOUS FOR A PRODUCT FROM VIETNAM. My COST was $69.99
