Satisfied parent

As a parent, I’m always juggling small payments for school, clubs, and activities. PonchoPay has made it really quick and easy - no hassle, or confusion.

It’s simple to use, payments go through instantly, and it saves a lot of back-and-forth.

Really reliable and a big time-saver. Would definitely recommend to other parents.

Great platform !

Since we’ve adopted ponchopay, it has become so much easier to reconcile payments and have an overview of all transactions. The dashboard is user-friendly and the customer service team is very helpful and responsive. All in all great platform and service !

Worst Processor

I’ve been using this payment processor for my business for several months, and I’ve finally decided to close my account due to a terrible experience. The dashboard is extremely poor and almost unusable. There is no proper reporting and no downloadable data, which is unacceptable for any business. Overall, this service lacks basic functionality and professionalism. I would not recommend it to anyone.

It’s my first time using this website…

It’s my first time using this website and it seemed to give me a few problems with paying for something I needed and accessing my account. I was contacted by a team worker straight away and she was happy to assist me to work through the issue and resolve it with paste.
She was kind and got to the issue straight away. All was fine in the end
