The Best PC Builder
The experience with Victor was wonderful. From the initial consultations, build planning, the build itself and troubleshooting. Every part of the process exceeded expectations. Victor was extremely patient with my needs due to the complex nature of the build (Skyreach 4 Mini, 12600k, 3060ti) and my often changing part requests (firecuda 530, gskill s5 ddr5). He even sourced parts (gen 4 riser) to make the build better. We often traded notes, and he guided me in areas I wasn't as familiar with. We had a faulty SSD post-build, and the process around that was great.

Absolutely Incredible!
I would highly recommend Pongobyte computers any day of the week, they certainly know what they're doing and what they're talking about. My whole experience was met with kind understanding, helpful tips and ideas and overall pleasentness. From the start we tailored a machine to meet my needs and after ironing everything out, they built an absolutely exquisite machine. They're passionate about what they do and they do it so well. Everything inside is neat and tidy and the computer runs beautifully.
I couldn't be happier with what I purchased and will most assuredly be back for another computer.

Brilliant price and great support
I bought a desktop recently from Pongobyte. It is a powerful work computer which is also running multiple VMs. The overall journey was smooth and service was excellent from Pongobyte. They helped me to identify the right configuration for me. They were not pushy to sell and gave me enough time to decide. Furthermore the price was very competitive.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Really asked me why I wanted a PC and gave me options along the way. If there were any issues, Pongobyte would jump into it and offer suggestions to troubleshoot. I highly recommend them.
