Untruths Told to Me at Purchase Time
Was told the Prowler 920 was in stock *at the Sarasota store* and would ship immediately. It was delayed for a couple weeks, and, after contacting the company twice, when it showed up, I saw the return address as Texas. I don't appreciate being told untruths.

The purchase. Then was told delivery would be between 1-3 months! Obviously I cancelled that order. My pool guy suggested the Defender 165. I searched and found you on line, ordered the pump, and received it in about 10 days! Awesome.

Tried this for the very first time. I like to go to the pool supply stores so I can talk with someone, but you know ... COVID! Bought an inline chlorinator. Well packaged. Got here quickly. Price was competitive. I will order from Pool Supply Delivery again.
