We purchased a table from PoolTables.com several years ago when we lived in another state, so when it came time to replace the table in our current home we contacted them again.

I first emailed the company to find out what the lead time to installation would be. I was told that the 8 ft table we wanted was in stock, and it would be about 4 weeks. A couple of weeks after that I called and spoke with Philip Castelluzzo, who was very helpful, answered all my questions, and placed the order for me. A few days later I received confirmation that the table had been shipped to the installer, and was able to track it to its destination.

The installer called on a Sunday and arrived the following Tuesday for installation. This was less than 2 weeks after I placed the order. We were so happy to get it so quickly. The installation process was flawless - one person did it in just five hours. The table is beautiful and plays well.

I love my new table! It's a gorgeous Spencer and Marston with a beautiful wine colored felt, and barnwood style frame. It's my first table; I'm happy I went with this model due to the quality and sturdiness. My new pool table might be the nicest gift I've ever given myself.

Here is the best part: as nice as the unit is, the customer service I received by Justin and his team was even BETTER. As a veteran of sales and "the customer experience," I can report that pooltables.com is in the top ONE PERCENT of companies offering big ticket purchases. I was so pleased with my experience with this company for many reasons -- to name a few: fair pricing, excellent communication, and solid follow up. To illustrate my experience, here is one example: I had a problem with the third party installer, who was competent, but failed at communicating properly to the me, resulting in a return visit. Justin learned of the issue and made things right for me, and restored my excitement over such this truly rewarding purchase.

In summary, I had an outstanding consumer experience with pooltables.com. In these times of economic upheaval, shortages, and short tempers, this company delivered excellence despite the challenges of 2020-2022. In short, I am completely satisfied with pooltables.com, and highly recommend them for a pool table purchase.

Philip Castelluzzo followed up with me and was extremely helpful. The team that installed in my house were incredibly professional and informative. The purchase and installation were quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Dennis is AMAZING!! I elected to upgrade to the Simonis cloth (which was backordered from Simonis) and Dennis has kept me informed and worked with me throughout this entire process! He has offered some alternative solutions along the way (one of which we finally decided to go with) and now he is working diligently to expedite the shipping and delivery of my pool table. I HIGHLY recommend this company! I will write another review once it has been delivered!! Thank you Dennis!!

The recommendation of which table to purchase for our needs was right on. The white glove service was beyond our expectations and was done by someone with years of experience. All calls have been answered promptly for any of our questions. I am now going to order their pub table and chairs as well. I would highly recommend this company for a seriously good pool table.

The staff is excellent. I worked with Phillip and he helped answer all my questions, provided fabric and table material samples to help me decide what I wanted. The table is beautiful and the customer service has been wonderful.

So far not so good. Real quick to respond when trying to sell. Upcharge from $399 to $200 for white glove delivery. “Oh that’s in the fine print.” BS I will update after the whole experience but so far not impressed being charged extra for there lack of installers

Spoke to the general manager Chris and he is making things right! Will give 5 stars for now due to the correction.

Absolutely abysmal. They put an inexperienced salesman on the phone who omitted that our premium package would be damaged by inferior balls. And they diddnt bother to mention red felt wore out the fastest. When I called, they offered no customer service other than to quote the warranty. For any serious money, id go elsewhere.

Love our new pool table! It looks and plays great and is a much loved addition to our newly re-done basement play area.
Definitely spring for the white glove installation if you dont know what you are doing - the installers were extremely professional, efficient, and nice.

The Pool table quality exceeded our expectations. The installers were great. (I can’t believe anyone would not use this service). I called PoolTables .com with a question after installation and they knew exactly what I was referring to. Outstanding service. My wife and I now play pool every night instead of watching TV! I just purchase my pool table from pooltables.com. and from the quality of the table to the two gentlemen that installed it was fabulous. My family and friends are really enjoying it. I highly recommend them.

We love our Pool table and the equipment that came along with it. Kids are using it more, and a good way to get them out of screens 😄 from the website, online ordering and the follow ups by Justin Garzon for the delivery, installation and post installation feedback… were great. Purchased a pool table/ dining room table. Everything we were told by the salesman was true. The installer contacted us about delivery and setting up the table; called to let us know he was on his way; was very professional, and experienced; as well as very pleasant. We are extremely happy with our new table and recommend pooltables.com to anyone looking to purchase.

I was told 3-4 weeks from initial order to final installation. Going on week 13 now since I placed the order and still no pool table. Communication with pooltables.com has been abysmal. I have had to reach out each time to get a status update, and each time there is another excuse with no delivery date in sight. I have been at the mercy of their lack of installers (New England area/ North East United States). If they are this busy with orders, they should be able to afford to bring on more installers. It should not take 13 weeks to hire and train someone to do so.

UPDATE:
My pool table arrived after 15 weeks. The first half of this review served as motivation for them. Bumping up from one star to three because the installer was great and we are happy with the pool table overall. As for rating an "experience," three stars, as for the quality of the pool table, closer to four.

We were a little surprised at the quality of the pockets and thought they would be a little nicer (much more of a hard plastic than we would hope for). Also we learned that it's better to get samples of the cloth before making a color decision. We went with Academy Blue, in real life, it is VERY blue and not accurate to the more grey'ish depiction that they show online. The color of the Barnwood walnut is much much darker in person (not a bad thing, but a bit of a mis-representation to the online images). It also has the look of fake wood a bit more in person.
